We are all bound together.
We rely on one another.
We support one another.
We experience similar emotions.
So we understand deeper what we are all here for.
Love.
Take a deep breath and relax your shoulders.
Close your eyes.
The gifts of people.
Everyone has value.
When you are open to valuing someone for who they are,
That is unconditional love.
When we recognize another person's inherent worth,
Then we treat every person with empathy and kindness.
We give to others the opportunity so that they can be their best self.
The gifts of people.
We are so blessed to have so many different types of people on this planet.
Everyone has unique abilities.
And that's what brings us all together.
We are all bound together.
We rely on one another.
We need to rely on one another.
We need to support one another.
The word that applies here is love.
When you are open and willing to allow other people to uplift you,
You grow and thrive.
So we value someone else's input and we accept their unconditional love and respect and we offer that to others.
We practice working on recognizing another person's inherent worth and treating all mankind with empathy and kindness.
We give others the opportunity to be their best self.
And then people give honestly and generously back to us.
There's always going to be someone that's smarter and faster,
Better looking,
More talented than you are.
The key is to take competition out of the equation because we are all created with special talents that make us unique and original.
We do need one another.
You are good at some things and I am good at some things.
And we don't have to be good at the same things.
Differences are advantages.
Why is sameness valued?
We sometimes see different as being odd or wrong or maybe it's confusing.
Maybe it's just not appreciated.
So the challenge is to find something positive to say and to think when there isn't sameness.
Sameness is good and different is not bad.
But that is sometimes the way we are trained to think.
If we are all unique,
Then different isn't bad.
It's normal.
We practice being neutral.
Some people have the ability to speak,
But others have the ability to write.
Some people can cook really well and other people can draw.
Being neutral is so important.
We are all equally important to our society.
That makes us a well-rounded society.
When a thought or idea is simply different from what you think,
Feel,
Or how you behave,
Listen without distraction or formulating a counter-agreement.
We veer from the urge to take offense to someone else if their opinion or thought is different than ours.
We share our spirit with others.
And we allow other people to share their spirit with us.
We lean into the reliance on each other.
We ask questions so that we can learn from another person's perspective.
We choose to be a part of the greater good.
We're conscious of how we impact others,
Which gives us happiness.
Waking each day and thinking about the many people that we encounter throughout our day and their talents and careers,
That is when we enjoy our interaction with others.
Whether you are at the grocery store,
Maybe you need transportation.
Maybe you need the police,
Firefighter,
Or EMS.
Maybe you need to go to the doctor or the dentist.
We are all integrated.
Maybe you need support from the postal service or lawn care.
Maybe you need the experts at your bank,
Whatever it might be.
Listen to understand.
Show up for other people.
Say thank you.
Give compliments.
Be curious and ask questions.
Guard other people's privacy.
Search for alignment with other people.
Help other people reach their goals.
Check in with other people.
And ask other people what their true needs are.
When we value the gifts of people and we understand that each of us is different,
We break down the walls and end pain and suffering.
Maybe you can be incredibly instrumental in helping someone value themselves.
Take a deep breath and think about how wonderful you are and see other people today with eyes of gratitude,
Reliance,
Appreciation,
And a deep knowing that we all need one another.
We all need one another.
May you enjoy your gifts today and share them with others.
