Love.
One of the most important things you could ever talk about and experience and practice in life is love.
And I think many people have experienced so many kinds of love.
I mean,
Of course,
I love unconditional love.
I love God's love.
And that's a motivating force that I find so,
So valuable in my life.
However,
That highest unconditional love is really put to test when we try to live it in our lives.
Especially in love relationships,
As love relationships are such a learning lesson,
Aren't they?
So love has so many faces to it.
And as I said,
It's easy to embrace the face of God's love.
And then,
If we can just take that same wonderful love that God has for us,
And I'll just have to put in here,
I could interchange the word God with love.
Because God is love.
And I know I've had people post,
I don't believe in God.
Okay,
Just use the word love.
Okay,
The source of all love,
Unconditional love.
To take that love and put it into work and practice in our lives,
Oh my gosh.
The first thing you have to do is to love yourself,
My friend.
That really can teach you a lot.
And I've gone over some of the things that actually involve that,
The forgiveness,
The meditation,
All the things you have to do to practice that every day.
To set your intent on that love.
Now,
But if we really,
Like I say,
We have to start with ourselves.
You have to love yourself.
And that means being able to go within and see yourself for all that you are,
All the stuff that you may not like about yourself and turn it into love about yourself.
All that part of you that may have issues to love that as well,
To love the shadows of.
If you can all of yourself as you love God,
Then you can learn to love others as well.
But we project out in the world what we need and how we see our own life.
This is how we learn.
We may see other people having a lot of issues and maybe that's just pointing out to ourselves some issues that we see in ourselves or that we may need to look at and love as well.
But the biggest key to loving others as you love God and yourself is to be able to see God's love in them.
Now that takes a little bit of foresight.
It takes a little bit of vision.
It takes a lot of understanding.
I want to talk about understanding because from a young age,
I've always felt that understanding was very,
Very close to actually the whole essence of love.
Why would that be?
I just think about this wonderful gift of understanding.
If we understand what's really going on in ourself and in others,
We can love them.
I think that's why there's so many people who become psychiatrists and psychologists because indeed they see that people need to find that part of them that can be loved.
And it's so,
So important to look with the eyes of the highest good to see that love in others.
And if you speak to that love as Christ did,
He was able to look into the eyes of the soul and see who they really were and it could heal them.
Other person,
It could heal them.
So we can use this love again in loving ourselves and understanding ourselves and exploring this never-ending journey of our life and living with that love and the most beautiful expression of it in our daily life.
Now we're going to be tested.
We are going to be tested without fail in this.
I talk a lot about the word Aloha and what Aloha means.
Aloha at its heart of meaning is love,
Right?
Aloha really is understanding and practicing that love every day.
And you may have to remind yourself by putting your hand on your heart.
You may have to remind yourself by just saying love,
Love,
Love.
You can use that as your daily mantra.
It's a wonderful tool to use to allow that love to blossom and be alive in your life.
Now let's just take a moment and visualize this wonderful energy of love.
Let's just go into our wonderful state within and just allow yourself to breathe love in.
Breathe in love.
Hold your breath and breathe out love.
Just allow yourself to be in a safe place surrounded by the highest love light going way,
Way,
Way,
Way high above us.
Oh,
50 feet and on way up and then down through us and out through our whole body and out our feet into the ground rooted in love.
Love in front of you,
Love behind you,
Love on either side of you.
You are in a cocoon,
A bubble of white beautiful light of love sealing it with gold and violet.
And right now and here go into the safe place and go into your heart of hearts and go to that beautiful place where you can imagine and visualize a beautiful seed of love that was planted there when you were born.
The love that was given to you by your parents,
By God,
By those around you that loved you.
And let that love seed blossom and grow into a beautiful flower,
A rose of love.
Breathe love in and see that rose blossom growing and growing.
Ah,
Just be with that love.
Be that flower,
That blossom of love.
And now just allow yourself to be in your soul's highest perch surrounded by this lovely love light.
The light of love there in your highest place within your soul.
And go to the source of all love,
The unconditional love of God and just be in that wonderful light of God's unconditional love and just allow it to open you up further and further,
Opening your heart up to the love of God and just feel this love healing you,
Making you feel the ultimate source of all love that is that love.
Breathe it in,
Bathe in it,
Allow that blossom of that flower to be planted right here in the highest source in the garden.
Let that garden of love,
Let that garden of love be alive and blossom with flowers.
Ah,
And just see that energy of all of those blossoms of love based on all the love that you shared in your life surrounding you.
Breathe in the essence of the fragrance of that wonderful feeling of all those blossoms of love.
Feel it and allow yourself to just be here surrounded in love.
And I'm going to read you a poem I wrote called Love,
Love,
Love.
Again and again,
Return to love my friend.
For as you bring this love into your life,
You will find love solutions.
You have a fertile field when you can live in that love and grow your soul's life purpose.
This love can heal you.
This soul knows this love that has a home.
This is the energy that you were brought here for,
To live with that love in your life.
It can work and grow and blossom.
The seeds planted reflect that energy of pure light.
Each breath of love blossoms with a smile of beauty.
And each smile of love helps heal a broken heart.
And each heart that is open can understand the love that is the greatest gift God gives.
For spirit dwells here in the heart of living love.
And the light of the spirit holds the pure reflection of God's spirit merging here in all humanity.
And as earth and humanity bring this love to life,
We become conscious of the living love of God.
We become co-creators who live in the light of God's love.
We can feed the fire of the spirit.
We can let it fuel our lives.
For every time we choose love,
We choose the resource God gave to us.
And we find the passion for our life's purpose and compassion for those who suffer in the process of learning how to forgive and live with love.
So breathe in that light of love right now into your heart.
Come back and allow that heart to be healed.
This path of love is not always easy,
My friend.
But have hope and realize this love is what you need.
This love will heal you.
This love will guide you.
And I pray as you come back to yourself that you can feel this love for your body,
For your mind,
For your soul,
For your spirit,
And share this love with everyone else in your life.
