Let's talk about your digestion and how you can improve your gut health.
First,
Let me ask you a quick question.
Does your digestion sometimes feel off even when you're eating well?
Now,
I'm sure you already know that what you eat is important,
But as a human design reflector,
How you eat is just as meaningful.
Every human design energy type has its own digestion blueprint,
And that is above and beyond your personal digestion type.
When you ignore your human design reflector digestion blueprint,
Your body struggles.
Think bloating,
Flatulence,
Constipation,
Even diarrhea.
But when you honor your reflector digestion blueprint,
Your gut health feels much more comfortable and happy.
Think regular bowel movements and even a flatter tummy.
Now,
As a reflector,
The main thing that you want to remember is that your digestion struggles when you're in chaotic or misaligned environments.
Your nine undefined energy centers pick up a lot of energy that is not yours.
And if you eat in environments that feel chaotic or misaligned for you,
Well,
Then your digestion can suffer.
The same goes for eating food that was prepared in a chaotic way or by people who are completely misaligned with your energy.
Some reflectors are so sensitive that they will feel the energy of the food they're eating,
And their gut will tell them if the food has not been prepared from a balanced,
Calm or mindful place.
With all of this in mind,
Please do your best to settle your energy before you eat.
Notice if your energy feels clear and if your environment feels aligned.
If so,
Then eat.
If not,
Please take a moment to close your eyes,
Breathe deeply and slowly,
Or even step outside into nature.
Do whatever you need to discharge others' energy and reconnect with your body before you eat.
Now,
Having an awareness of how you feel before you eat,
And then making an informed decision about when and where you eat your food,
This helps to regulate your system and prepare your body for food.
Following this process will help to nourish your undefined sacral energy centre,
Which directly fuels your gut health.
Also,
Eating in this way and living life this way helps nourish your body via improved food breakdown and absorption.
And that is especially good news if you have leaky gut syndrome or any other malabsorption disorder.
Reflectors.
Remember that your digestion is a mirror of your energy.
When you work with it,
Not against it,
Everything naturally feels lighter and easier,
Including your digestion.
Now I know that these reflector digestion tips sound really simple,
But I promise you that if you can experiment with settling your energy before you eat your food,
Becoming aware of how the food was prepared,
Where you're about to consume your food,
And in general,
If you feel chaotic or calm,
Or if the people around you feel chaotic or calm,
It does feel chaotic,
Delay the eating if you can,
Or shift to another space to eat.
But if it feels pretty calm,
Then hey,
Sit down and enjoy your food where you are.
If you can do this,
You will be creating the foundations for your gut health that give you the best opportunity to heal and feel healthy and comfortable and to support you and your gut health and overall digestion in the best way that it possibly can.
