Take a deep breath in,
Hold it for a moment and let it out slowly.
Now,
I want you to sit with this.
You are enough.
Right here,
Right now,
Exactly as you are.
We live in a world that can make us feel like we have to be more,
Do more and hustle to prove our worth.
But listen,
Worthiness is not a competition,
It's a birthright.
Here is my first piece of advice.
When you catch yourself spiralling into self-doubt,
Pause.
Close your eyes,
Take a breath and remind yourself of one thing you've done today that you are proud of.
It doesn't have to be big,
It just needs to be true.
That small moment of acknowledgement can shift the way you see yourself.
Second,
Remember that vulnerability is not a weakness.
The act of showing up even when things feel uncertain or scary is a sign of immense courage.
So,
The next time you are faced with a challenge,
Instead of shrinking away,
Lean into it.
Remind yourself that courage and vulnerability are two sides of the same coin and you are stronger for allowing both to exist.
Lastly,
Give yourself permission to rest.
You don't have to earn rest,
You are worthy of it,
Simply because you are human.
Rest is how we restore,
How we come back to ourselves and how we create the space to be brave again.
If you can do one thing today,
Let it be this.
Take a moment,
Even if it's just five minutes,
To breathe,
To pause and to rest.
You are doing better than you think you are.
You are showing up,
Being brave and giving the world your imperfect,
Wholehearted self and that is more than enough.
