The art of living is to stay wide open,

To be vulnerable,

Yet at the same time,

To sit with the mystery and the awe,

To just be with it all,

To be wide open.

Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.

We begin this practice here,

Together,

By closing down your eyes,

And settling into your surroundings,

Wherever you are.

Your breath begins to find a gentle natural rhythm of its own.

Take a deep breath in,

And release.

I invite you here to repeat a few things after me,

In your own voice.

Today I choose to trust the direction my life is going.

I know I am being guided by something greater than my own mind.

It's exciting not knowing what happens next.

When I relax and release control,

Everything flows freely.

Things are heading in a great direction for me.

I trust that the next step will always appear at the right time.

I'm wide open.

Take a final deep breath in here,

And exhale as the air releases once more.

The art of living is to stay wide open,

To be vulnerable,

Yet at the same time,

To sit with the mystery and the awe,

To just be with it all,

To be wide open.

Begin to slowly welcome your mind back into your body,

As you welcome any stretches or movements that feel needed.

And once you feel ready,

Open your eyes and return to the space around you.
