We begin here by closing down your eyes and taking a slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and exhale as you feel your body beginning to center.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Feeling how the energy of Capricorn is here to support you.

Your heartbeat slows on every inhale.

You become more present with every exhale.

Breathing in deeply,

Feeling connected and in tune with who you are,

And release.

Letting your breath find a natural rhythm.

A Capricorn new moon helps us define personal goals,

While the energy creating systems and structures that allow us to work at peak efficiency,

Helping you begin new projects and endeavors.

To move forward with a well thought out plan,

A new moon is the time to lay out your new intentions.

And before we can set any goals,

It's important to know how accomplishing this would make you feel.

Take a deep breath in here and exhale as your mind begins to focus.

To believe in a goal is to believe in yourself.

So we take this moment to craft your intentions.
