This track is really incredible . I am struggling with fear of failure but I don't always like guided. I decided to give this a listen and I now listen nearly every night and this has helped me begin to move past some of my biggest fears in putting myself out on socials. It's still hard but I have posted 3 days in a row on my positivity TikTok. Thank you. I will donate as soon as I can work again from an injury. Be blessed

Wow, I travelled to a sacred place and received support. And gave my fears away. Feeling so much better! This journey was magical!

Thanks Coen, perfect timing. I have been looking for a practice to face any lingering fears of death which seems to me to be the ultimate fear. I came away after experiencing this with the phrase, "May I face my death with a brave heart. ❤️ Thanks again 🙏

Oookkkkkaaaaayyyyyyy!! This was not my normal morning meditation for sure. I’ve had this bookmarked for a couple of weeks, I wanted to be able to commit to the full time and most mornings I don’t have it. I listened to this track on your recommendation after I reviewed another of your creations. Let me start by saying, as much as I was fearing this, I really enjoyed it. It taught me that a lot of fears are actually made up in our own minds. This was like having a carnival “funhouse” (quotes on it because I’ve never seen the “fun” part) or a scary movie in my own mind (listening with a headset). I actually tensed a few times to the point I had to relax each body part one by one, but by the end of this, I had released a lot of the made up fear and had relaxed into it. I don’t like scary things. I can’t say this was totally enjoyable, but it did show me a few things, like made up fear is as bad as real fear. I was in my own house, on my own floor, lying on my back with legs up my own wall, with just sounds and my own mind at work. I wasn’t in the dark (although eyes were closed the entire time), I KNEW I was safe, but my body and being felt the fear as if I were in a dark alley in the worst part of the worst city in the world with bad guys and ghosts and goblins all rolled in one. Sorry, running on so I will end this with one last thing. I will listen to this again from time to time and maybe someday, I will stay fully relaxed through the entire track. Thank you for the recommendation. This was surely a learning experience. 💗💗

Another powerful audio track from an always-intriguing composer. Take note of the title and description before you begin: This is not unobtrusive background music for meditation, it’s intended to provide the score for a journey into (& out of) one’s own fear, and it is appropriately eerie. Use accordingly. Not for total beginners to meditation. Bears repeat listens.

That was intense! I meditated to this while scrying with my smoky quartz sphere set inside a small black cauldron, while under the hood of my cloak. The first minute or so was so unnerving, I didn’t think I was going to be able to continue, but I focused, and calmed myself by focusing on my breathing, and was able to relax a bit and make it through to the end (which I assume was the point of this meditation; to overcome any fear the sounds trigger in you). This one is definitely not for the faint of heart though — it sounds like what I expect “The Wild Hunt” might sound like!

Unique meditation that has a clear transformative outcome for me. The more often I sit in total peace of mind and body with this meditation track without getting triggered, two things start to happen. One, I get more and more confidence in my own ablilities and am less and less focused on the meditation track. Two, the things that scare me in my actual life start to remind me of this meditation track, they are losing their hold on me. I will keep listening.

Great for assessing your current state of mind and practicing equanimity. Unidentified sounds don't have to be scary if you accept that 'in this moment, I am fine'.
