This is me playing the F Pygmy Handpan at a wildlife sanctuary here on the picturesque Mornington peninsula. Surrounded by emus, ducks, a variety of other birds, kangaroos, it was a special place to play the pan and meditate!

Really needed something to assist me with calming the chaos in between my ears this morning. Loved the tranquil place those delicate beats took me to, almost instantly, then the sounds of nature burst through with birds communicating their point of view. Thanks Dan for creating such beautiful and helpful sounds. 🙏
