It's about releasing fear and doubt.

What is it that she needs to know?
It's time to let go of this doubt once and for all.
It really really is time.
It's holding you back.
Holding you back from your dreams,
Goals and desires.
Holding you back from a life of being easy.
Trust.
Trust in divine timing.
Trust in yourself.
Trust in your guides.
Use your guides.
Ask and you shall receive.
But you forget to ask.
You forget to ask.
You keep thinking you have to do it all by yourself and that is not true.
Yes,
Yes there's lots of conditioning that needs to be undone and this is where you're at.
The undoing.
The allowing.
Not the pushing,
Not the forcing but the allowing.
Sometimes that involves rest.
Sometimes that involves listening.
Sometimes that involves breathing deeply,
Properly and letting go.
Yes,
Yes you are aware.
You are in the letting go of the past phase,
The releasing.
Allow the releasing.
Let go of the resisting.
There is so much power in the breath,
The breath of life.
Sometimes all you need to do is focus on breathing.
Bringing yourself back to your heart centre.
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe.
Allow,
Allow.
Allow your heart to expand.
Allow yourself to expand.
It is safe to expand.
It is safe to love.
It is safe to be loved.
You are a divine spark of God.
You are the light.
Stop hiding and start shining.
It is time.
The world is ready for you now.
Just be in your authenticity.
You are not required to force anything.
Shine so those that need to find you can find you.
I know it's been a difficult time.
Allow your path to unfold naturally.
Seek guidance.
Ask for guidance when needed.
We're not doing this alone.
