We'll focus on the soul's immersion in the physical world,
Discovering how to see beyond the material plane and connect with the infinite potential that lies within.
So now embodied,
The soul finds itself surrounded by the mass hallucination of physical life,
A world of forms,
Sensations and beliefs that seem real and absolute.
As a soul,
You've chosen to experience life through this lens,
Feeling the texture and weight of the human experience.
Yet behind the world lies an energetic grid,
A blueprint of sacred geometry woven from light and intention,
Which sustains all physical form.
Despite the temptations of the material world,
There is an ever-present awareness within you of something greater,
A higher consciousness that can see beyond the surface.
You remember your origin as a creator and you realize that you have the power to influence,
Shape and expand this reality.
In a world that often clings to structure and form,
You now see beyond the statues and symbols,
Perceiving the energy behind them.
This is the birth of a new earth,

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down and allow yourself to just adjust your position and make yourself really comfortable and know that at any time during the meditation,
You can just gently move around to bring that sense of comfort.
When you feel ready,
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out and again as you breathe in,
You're drawing your awareness within and as you breathe out,
You just gently let go,
Letting go of any worries or annoyances or anything that no longer serves you and just take another deep breath in and draw your awareness Another deep breath in and draw your awareness even deeper within and as you breathe out,
You just let go a little more.
As you take these deep breaths in and out,
You feel yourself really connecting with your body,
Feeling the weight of your physical form.
So let yourself be fully present in your body right here,
Right now,
Noticing each sensation,
Each breath and once you feel yourself being fully present in you,
Imagine yourself now,
Zooming outward,
Stepping back and seeing your surroundings from a higher perspective.
It's like seeing yourself through the eyes of your angels,
Guides,
Light beings,
Loved ones or even your mystical eye.
The fifth dimensional perspective.
Now that you have zoomed out,
You can see the energy grid beneath the surface,
A luminous web of light connecting all things sustaining the world and you can see all of this beautiful sacred geometry and all of these energetic lines like ley lines all around the earth.
This web is the source of creation,
An energetic foundation that allows infinite potential.
As you focus on this grid,
Imagine that you can interact with it,
You can feel its pulse and see its vibrancy.
Allow yourself to tune into the potential that lies within this energetic field,
