Thank you for joining me today.

My name is Zan Roberti and I'll be guiding you on a sacred healing meditation.

So let's begin by finding a comfortable seat.

Make sure you're warm enough for about 20 minutes and begin with a deep inhale.

Feel the oxygen filling your lungs and as you exhale pause at the end.

Inhale again,

Filling up your lungs and now pause at the top.

Continue like this for a while being aware of the inhale,

The pause,

The exhale,

The pause.

Noticing this sacred rhythm of your breath.

Now you may have already closed your eyes and if you have you can open them up as I'm gonna invite you to just look around the room.

Maybe you're outside but just gaze around to notice where you are.

Observe the space that you're in right now in your time and then you'll go ahead and close your eyes.

Continue that deep breathing and at this point you can allow yourself to breathe naturally.

You may have already kind of pivoted and that's a-okay but with your eyes closed bring that noticing to the back of your eyelids.

This familiar dark within.

Look in front of you as if on a screen and as you look at the screen envision before you a hallway.

It's a familiar hallway but not one you've been down before.

You feel curious and open and imagine walking down this hallway.

After a few paces on the left you see a door and it seems special.

You wrap your hands around the doorknob,

Turn the handle and see in front of you a gorgeous descending spiral staircase.

You feel safe and strangely still familiar and because your curiosity is sparked you walk in and begin to descend.

And as you take that first step down you feel yourself sinking further into relaxation.

Each step takes you further and further into your subconscious.

You continue descending and feel yourself getting calmer and calmer.

And halfway down the staircase you slow down because you feel like you could walk forever.

There's a lightness and a sense of approaching home.

But as you come to the bottom you feel as if your body is floating blissfully away.

You are light and grounded at once.

And as you stand at the bottom of the staircase you find yet another door and still you feel pulled forward so you open the door and walk through.

You're surrounded by lush verdant greenery.

Everything is so beautiful,

So alive.

This is your secret garden.

You feel the air around you as clean and fragrant.

You hear birds and small animals playing in the trees.

Beneath your feet you feel the soft earth and notice a pathway.

You gaze at the direction the pathway leads and notice a sparkling body of water and you begin to walk towards it.

Maybe a lake,

A river,

A pond.

But it doesn't matter.

It's mesmerizing.

You can hear it's babbling and waves.

The splashing of water upon the ground.

And as you walk you feel joyous that the water is becoming closer.

You walk slowly and intentionally.

Taking in the surroundings you notice small pink flowers that line the pathway.

You notice the vegetation,

The abundance around you.

You gaze again towards that water and you notice you haven't gotten any closer.

Space is curious,

You think.

You didn't anticipate it would take that long to get there.

But you keep walking.

You feel the sun on your face,

The light breeze.

Again you gaze around you at the borders of this pathway.

So ripe and fragrant.

And when you bring your attention again back to the water,

It seems as if it's actually receded into the distance.

You look down at the ground and you notice one foot in front of the other.

But the more you walk,

The further it seems.

What are you to do besides continue walking?

And as you walk,

You notice in the trees just off path,

There is a bench.

Options.

You decide to walk over and maybe just sit.

You don't want to be frustrated.

But you are.

What's keeping you from this cleansing water?

Look within yourself.

Don't question what you hear.

What is keeping you away from your goal?

What's missing?

Feel it in your body.

When did this begin?

Wound is keeping you stuck.

Let yourself feel what you feel.

Acknowledge that your path can change.

Maybe you're craving connection.

Maybe you're seeking safety or aiming to control.

Maybe you need to express yourself.

Breathe.

Feel it in your body.

Staying with this space.

I invite you to call in your spirit guide.

Perhaps your spirit guides,

The sacred Mary,

Buddha,

Kali,

Isis,

Paley,

Archangel Michael.

Maybe it's an ancestor.

Call in your guides.

Call in your guides knowing that the arrival is in the call.

They're here in an instant.

Feel them near you.

A bright,

Warm light.

And let this light cover you.

Let this light move through you.

It is exactly what you need.

It is the divine within you that aligns you to them.

They know your suffering.

And they know your strength.

As you sit in this beaming light connection,

One guide reaches out to touch that space between your brows,

Your third eye.

And the light radiates through every blood cell,

Every tendon and muscle within.

It covers and envelops every organ,

Every sinew,

Everything that is living about in and through you.

It begins to swirl more powerfully and centralize into your heart.

This light,

Your heart.

In this beaming light connection,

You feel at home.

Your guides step back and inform you it's time to walk to that shore.

And you shudder.

Maybe afraid,

Maybe not afraid,

But you know you've already tried.

What's different this time?

You feel glued to this spot.

And then you feel that tiny voice,

The whisper from within.

It's your voice,

Supported.

The light glows within your heart as you begin to say,

I let go.

I forgive myself.

Wounds heal.

I let go.

I forgive myself.

Wounds heal.

The mantra begins to be nestled in your heartbeat.

Let go.

Wounds heal.

Let go.

Wounds heal.

Let go.

Wounds heal.

Place your hand on your heart.

And in this beautiful garden,

You stand and gaze towards that water.

You look back towards your guides.

And one of them says,

Again,

Go.

So you take a step towards the water.

And another.

And as you walk,

The sound of rippling water grows louder.

Take another step.

And another.

And smell the clean air and greenery nearby.

You continue this walk.

And the water grows nearer and nearer.

Until you look down and your feet are inches from the bank.

And surrounded by brilliant pink flowers.

You're here.

You sit down among the buds and blooms and gaze down at the flowing water.

Your reflection dances before you.

You see yourself smile and remember the courage you've always had.

You feel clean,

Buzzy.

You remember.

You remember the oneness you've known as much as your wounds.

The divinity of your birth.

The sacredness of your presence.

Aligned.

You sit back and take a deep breath.

Maybe you dip your toes or your fingers in the water.

How sacred it is.

How sacred you are.

You look across these brilliant pink flowers and you notice that besides you,

There's a totem.

A gift from your guide.

What is it?

There's no wrong answer.

And you look back towards the bench to offer thanks.

But your guide is gone.

So you pick up this totem and hold it in your hand.

And you hear your guide's message from deep within your heart.

What does it say?

You have come here to receive a message.

A sacred reminder.

And bring it back.

And bring it back.

You stand and turn back towards the path that brought you here.

The distance is easy.

So you begin to walk.

And it seems only a few steps,

But you come upon the garden.

You come upon the door you came through.

Place your hands on the knob,

Open the door,

And see those familiar stairs.

This magnificent staircase before you,

Spiraling up and around.

You take a step in and up,

And the sounds of the wild dim behind you.

You climb one step at a time.

And you begin to become aware of yourself in a body.

I'll count backwards from five.

And when I get to one,

You'll be at the top of the stairs feeling refreshed and inspired.

Five.

Stepping up slowly,

You ascend the rungs of your subconscious.

Four.

You climb the staircase and begin to notice the rhythm of your breath.

Three.

You keep rising up and begin to feel the air on your skin around you in the room.

Two.

You step upwards and up,

And notice the surface you're sitting on.

One.

You see the door and walk through it.

And when you're ready,

Re-enter this room and open your eyes.

Now,

My dear ones,

You may want to grab a journal.

You may want to just sit with this knowing.

Thank you for spending this time with me today.

I hope you remember the sacredness and the power you hold within you.
