This would have been a great walking meditation because it made me feel like moving. I did a seated meditation today. This was really nice. The music was sensual, mystical. I found myself in a market place walking around, people watching and looking at wares. I didn’t get deep inside myself, but I was relaxed and having fun. Thanks for sharing this. 🙏🏻💗
