Hello and welcome back to Unleash Your Peace.
My name is Ellie Shouja,
Your host.
I am a positive mindset coach,
A personal transformation expert,
A deliberate creator,
And I am your peace trainer.
And this podcast over here is your peace training because every single week we dive into a different aspect of the internal world.
We do that through five episodes that are released Monday through Friday and we keep the episodes quite short so that you can consume them in under 10 minutes and they can bring you a little bit of upliftment,
A little bit of thought-provoking ideas first thing in the morning.
And we do this because as we go more and more inward,
We actually start releasing all of that excess weight that we carry with us of all this unwanted pain that we are lugging around with us month after month,
Year after year.
And as we release ourselves of this pain,
We tap into that lasting internal peace so we can live our best lives yet.
When we live from this place of joy and peace and connectedness to our inner being,
To that infinite,
Beautiful part of us that holds the potential of us,
We don't just incrementally improve the quality of our lives.
We actually exponentially innovate every aspect of our experiences on this physical plane and that is when we become our whole beautiful,
Powerful creator selves and we begin to create our lives deliberately.
Now this week,
Really exciting topic,
We are focusing on the connection between the mind and the body.
There is a big connection there.
This is so interesting to me.
Most people actually believe that they affect their lives with their thoughts,
That their thoughts matter in the outcomes that they get from their lives.
However,
Those same people don't prioritize defining what they want their lives to be.
Those same people live very passively.
They don't even write down what it is they want to achieve in five years or in a year or ever in their lives and many of those same people also don't think that they had anything to do with the situations that they're in.
They think somehow the source of their suffering is outside of themselves rather than inside.
So what's essentially happening is that most of us,
Even though intrinsically,
Intuitively we know that we are powerful creators,
We externalize that power,
We give it away by making somebody else responsible for our suffering.
Guess what?
If we are responsible for our suffering,
If we take that responsibility on,
You are then responsible for not suffering.
You can take on that responsibility.
So if we created whatever situation we're in,
Even though if we don't like it,
Then we have the power to create something different and that is where our power lies.
Yesterday we talked about how we can actually get sick by introducing resistance into whatever it is we're doing,
Into our internal state.
Now today I want to talk to you about one of my favorite people,
Dr.
Joe Dispenza.
If you know the work that this man is doing,
You are possibly fascinated by it as much as I am.
He is one of the leading people right now who's closing the gap between science and spirituality.
He's coming at spirituality from a very scientific point of view.
He actually at the age of 25 got into a car accident where he pancaked six of his vertebrae.
He was told that he needs to get surgery right away or his life depended on it and he decided not to get surgery.
Long story short,
He actually healed his spine with his mind,
With the power of his mind and he made a deal with God that this worked.
He would dedicate the rest of his life to understanding this connection between mind and the body.
After he healed his spine,
Dr.
Joe started studying people who go into spontaneous remission.
He really wanted to understand this connection between the mind and the body and specifically with circumstances like his own where people healed themselves of things that were incurable.
So people who have cancer one day and then next week the cancer is completely gone.
Basically spontaneous remissions are quite extreme circumstances but I can tell you about a year and a half ago I attended one of Dr.
Joe's advanced seminars and every other person that I sat with had had an experience like this.
So they're not as uncommon as we think.
Understanding ourselves of small aches and pains and also of really big stuff is not as uncommon as you might think it is.
So and if it's not uncommon then you too can do it.
Anybody can do it.
We are all powerful infinite creators and each of us has this power.
Each one of these people that Dr.
Joe talks to and has interviewed and I talked to that I sat next to at these events is a person like you and like me and I haven't encountered this spontaneous remission only at Dr.
Joe's events either.
I have seen it in other aspects of my life as well.
I've seen it in people who are educated and not educated.
I've seen it with people who are religious and not religious.
I've seen it in people who are young and of this modern era and I've seen it in people who are older and of the old times and old beliefs especially in Iran it's very different than here.
But I've seen it in so many different settings that I am convinced that every single one of us has this power.
So I will leave you at that.
That is a lot.
If you are interested more in what these teachings are I do recommend checking out Dr.
Joe Dispenza.
Check out some of his books.
He has four really fabulous books out and tomorrow we'll come back and we'll continue this discussion and until then check out Peace Unleashed on Instagram.
