(Wk 14) Integrity Part 2 Of 5 - Unleash Your Peace

Hello and welcome back to Unleash Your Peace.

That non-physical that holds all of our potential.

We don't just incrementally improve the quality of our lives.

We actually exponentially innovate every aspect of our experiences on this physical plane.

We become whole.

We become powerful creators,

And we start creating the lives of our dreams right here on earth in these physical bodies,

And we start inspiring everyone around us to do the work that trickles out into the world,

And next thing you know,

We are leveling up as a society,

As a human race,

And that is my wish for all of us.

This week,

We have a really cool topic.

We're talking about integrity,

And specifically,

I want to talk about self-integrity.

That is one of the most important things that we can cultivate within ourselves.

Yesterday,

I talked about Dr.

Michael Janssen,

Who is the chairman of Social Science Research Network,

And his research is showing how powerful integrity really is.

Companies that implement 100% in integrity policy,

They see increases in productivity and output up to 500% increase.

That is a huge number.

Now,

On an individual level,

Because this podcast is really about individuals going inward into ourselves.

Integrity is extremely,

Extremely powerful on that individual level as well,

Because it makes you more efficient,

It makes you more powerful,

And it makes you step into that creator that you are,

And that is because integrity merges you with your word.

Dr.

Janssen says something really interesting.

He says that integrity is what it takes for a person to be whole and complete.

He says an individual is whole and complete when their word is whole and complete,

And their word is whole and complete when the word is honored.

So incredibly powerful.

That basically means if you cannot trust your own word,

If you are not aligned with your own word,

Then you cannot be whole.

And I want to talk specifically about this in relation to creation,

Because we are here to create,

We are here to manifest the lives that we desire,

That we dream of.

And so how does being in integrity help you in achieving your manifestations,

And how does not being in integrity get in your way?

I believe personally that the reason most people are not where they want to be,

They don't have the things they want,

They have not been able to create the life they want,

Is because they don't live in integrity.

And I will tell you why.

We have in this podcast talked about what inspiration is,

And inspiration is when the greater part of you comes to co-create with you,

It gives you a block of knowledge,

And you take that block of knowledge and with your mind you turn it into an idea,

You have an aha moment,

Oh my goodness,

I have this book I want to write,

I have this business I want to start,

I have this hike I need to go on,

Or whatever it is that I need to do.

So you have an aha moment,

You have an idea,

And then you have a series of thoughts that help you flesh out that idea into something concrete.

And then the way that that thought,

That idea,

That inspired thing comes into this world,

The first manifestations of it in this physical world is through you talking about it,

And describing it,

And creating it with your words.

Your words are so powerful.

Have you heard that phrase that the most powerful words in the English language are I am,

Because whatever comes after them creates your reality.

And that is the power of words.

Whatever you say after I am becomes you.

And try it out.

I am blank,

I am angry,

I am frustrated,

I am grateful,

I am in love,

I am powerful,

I am infinite.

How different does it feel to say those words?

You become what you think about,

You become what you say.

Now what if you can't trust whatever is coming out of your mouth because you have said multiple times I am going to go to the gym every day,

And then after three days you have stopped.

That's a demonstration of a lack of integrity.

What if you have given people your word that you're going to be at a place,

But at the last minute you didn't feel like going so you didn't go.

That demonstrates a lack of integrity.

What if you said I will get this product to you,

I will get this document to you by such and such date,

And you didn't send it because there was just too much work that you didn't account for,

And all this stuff came up and you just didn't do it.

That demonstrates a lack of integrity.

What if there's no integrity in your word so that you don't have any trust in your word.

Now you say to yourself,

I am going to lose weight,

Even before you take any action towards the losing of the weight because your word carries no weight at all,

Because there is no integrity within the way you live,

You have already failed.

You have already not done it.

And on day three of your diet,

When you choose to eat that thing you said you weren't going to eat or not go to the gym when you said you were going to go,

Then it's going to simply reaffirm the lack of trust.

It's going to just deepen that lack of trust.

And then there's nothing that you can create that you want to because your word means nothing.

This is the power of integrity.

Now let's say the opposite is true.

Let's say you are very careful about what you commit yourself to.

You are realistic about it so that when you give your word,

You have a sense of responsibility.

You feel like I've given my word because integrity,

My integrity,

My self integrity is important to me.

I am going to follow through with this no matter what.

So you say,

I'm going to wake up at six in the morning and you wake up every morning at six in the morning,

Even when you don't feel like doing it.

You say,

I'm going to go to the gym and you go to the gym even when life happens,

Even when you don't feel like doing it.

You say,

I'm going to do this project by this date.

The moment you know it's impossible for you to create that project by that day,

To deliver it by that date,

You are on the phone with every person who's waiting for that project and saying,

Listen,

I know I said I'm going to get this to you by Friday,

But it's just impossible.

I'm not going to be able to do it.

So are you okay with me sending it to you on Monday?

And what can I do to clean up the mess that that delay creates?

Yeah,

You weren't able to be your word.

You weren't able to deliver at that time,

But you are an integrity because you have honored your word because you've communicated that you were not able to deliver that product and you have offered to help.

Now you say to yourself,

I am going to make 30% more than I'm making right now by next year.

I'm going to manifest that.

I'm going to create that in my life.

Do you think your subconscious is saying,

Oh,

I don't see a way for you to do that.

So therefore it's not going to happen.

No,

Your subconscious is saying this is a person of integrity.

This person's word is law.

And if she says it,

It's going to happen.

The entire universe yields to get you exactly what it is you have set out to create because you have told the universe that your word means something.

Your word carries weight.

Your word is law.

And by the law of integrity,

Coupled with the law of attraction,

You're going to create whatever it is that comes out of your pen,

Out of your mouth.

That is why companies that incorporate an integrity policy,

A hundred percent in integrity policy,

See so much upside.

And that's why individuals who do that within themselves,

Who really value their own words see so much,

Resolve so much expansion within their own lives because they're telling themselves,

Their subconscious mind that whatever they say is law.

And what does that create within you?

It creates certainty.

We know that you are an energetic being.

We know that as part of being an energetic being,

You are vibrational.

So do you not think that if you create the vibration that you have whatever it is you say you have that I said this,

Therefore it is,

Do you not think then that whatever it is you said is going to be attracted to you instantly?

It is the law of attraction.

You create the vibration of what you want.

Couple that with self integrity,

Which creates certainty that your word,

No matter how crazy it might sound to other people is law and it is going to come to pass.

You create that vibration within yourself.

It has to attract to itself all vibrations of that same frequency and whatever it is you have put out into the world has to come back to you.

It's the law of attraction.

It is how all things happen in this universe,

In this world.
