Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down.
Allow your body to settle.
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze if that feels better for you.
Take a slow deep breath in and a long breath out.
If you're here because something feels uncomfortable,
Uncertain or unfinished,
You are not alone.
Change often brings discomfort,
Even when it's necessary,
Even when it's desired.
You may be standing at the edge of something new or desiring movement but feeling unsure of how to begin.
You may not know exactly what comes next,
And that feeling of not knowing can activate fear not just in your mind but also in your body.
You might feel your chest tight,
Restless energy,
A sense of being contracted.
Nothing has gone wrong.
This is how your nervous system is responding to the unknown.
I'd like you to gently bring to mind something you once thought would be too hard,
Something that you didn't know how you would ever get through.
Maybe it was the end of a relationship,
A difficult conversation,
A season of grief or change,
A leap that you didn't feel ready for,
And yet you moved through it.
You found your way,
You survived,
You grew.
Let yourself remember that version of you.
Not to rush this moment,
But to remind your body of what it already knows.
Now,
Imagine a soft,
Faint light at the center of your chest.
Whatever color you want,
Whatever color feels right.
It doesn't have to be white,
It could be gold,
Pink,
Turquoise,
It doesn't have to be bright,
It's not forced,
It's just present.
When you think back of that memory of your resilience,
Each moment that you showed up when it was hard,
That light begins to glow a little stronger.
You gently see it expand through your chest,
Your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Filling your belly,
Moving down your back and your legs.
This light is your capacity,
Your strength,
Your becoming.
You're not meant to stay the same forever.
Growth is not a failure of who you were,
It is an honoring of who you are becoming.
Change allows you to step into deeper alignment,
Into a fuller expression of yourself.
Without change,
Expansion does not happen.
And expansion is not selfish,
It allows you to meet life with more clarity,
More presence and more power.
Now imagine that light expanding beyond your body.
It fills the space around you,
The room you're in,
Your home.
It moves outward,
Steady,
Grounded,
Calm.
This is not force,
This is allowance.
You are meant to take up space and you are meant to grow.
Let these affirmations settle into your body.
You can say them to yourself in your mind,
Or out loud,
Whatever feels best for you.
I am capable of change and growth.
I have already done hard things.
I trust myself to meet what comes next.
It is safe for me to expand.
I am becoming a stronger,
Clearer,
More present version of myself.
Growth is a gift I allow myself to receive.
Take one more slow deep breath in and a steady breath out.
You don't need to rush the next step.
You don't need to have all of the answers.
You are already in motion.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and return your awareness to the room.
Carry this knowing with you.
You are capable.
You are allowed to grow.
You are becoming.
You can return to this practice whenever those uncomfortable feelings show back up and you need that gentle reminder of how capable you already are and you always have been.
