The morning,
The grandest of risings,
What a sweet,
Sweet morning as we listen to the birds together,
Listening to the sounds of Enti.
Let's just open this morning's prayer with a few moments of silence.
Thank you God,
Thank you Spirit,
Thank you Creator,
Thank you Divine,
Thank you Source,
The one who goes by many names,
The one whose presence is never an absence,
The one who is with us,
With our every breath,
And with our every step.
Opening this prayer this morning,
As always with gratitude.
Still very grateful for this here moment,
Still very grateful for the sounds of God,
Through our animal companions,
Through the birds,
Through the trees,
Through the sounds of the river behind us.
Still very grateful to be here,
To wake,
To experience another day.
Still very grateful for the sounds of the heater that heats up our living room and keeps us extra warm.
Still very grateful for the sounds of the wind chime that my brother and I purchased as a housewarming present to ourself.
There's a beautiful song that I listen to,
The sound of God,
Excuse me,
The voice of God.
This is a great reminder that we get to hear the voice of God in everything,
In everyone,
And in every moment if we so choose.
So I continue to express gratitude in these moments for you Spirit,
For your presence,
For your divine nature,
For the love that you give us and present to us in every moment.
Having a beautiful conversation yesterday with my brother,
Being in such gratitude for the love that is shared between him and I,
For the respect and honor and loyalty that is shared between him and I.
God you truly continue to amaze me and I am forever grateful because all you do is love us over and over and over again.
There's no judgment,
There's only judgment of our minds and what we perceive.
And so yesterday as I was journaling and after my brother and I had a conversation and we went on IG Live,
We spoke about judgment.
We all judge in some form or fashion.
And so the conversation that we had really awoken something in me in regards to judgment and those people in my life that have been,
Currently are,
And will be,
That I perceive are triggers for me.
And so I am grateful.
I am grateful for every single individual that presents themselves exactly where they are.
I am grateful to be alive.
I'm grateful for my body temple.
I'm grateful for my lungs.
And I am so very grateful for my beating heart.
This heart that just oozes and seeps and pours out more and more love on a daily basis,
Especially when it doesn't make sense,
In spite of,
Because of.
My love is truly unconditional.
And I've learned that that does not mean that I have to subject myself to disrespect or disloyalty from others.
I can be that beacon of change.
I can be that one individual that shows someone unconditional love while maintaining my self-respect and dignity and honor for self.
Because I am God incarnate,
Just as you are God incarnate.
We are all expressions,
Unique divine expressions and emanations of the one God.
And we forget that.
So I'm here in this moment to remind us,
There's no more shrinking.
There's no more pretending.
There's no more ignoring.
God is omnipresent everywhere all the time,
All seeing,
All knowing,
All encompassing.
So I am grateful,
Grateful for NT being on my lap right now.
Grateful for the blanket that's covering me.
Grateful for all the many sounds that present themselves,
Especially in the morning time.
Grateful for the bed that we,
That I got to sleep in,
Grateful for the bed that my brother gets to sleep in.
Grateful for the blankets that keep us warm.
Gratitude for running water.
Gratitude for each and every one of you,
Knowing that exactly where we are in our life,
Everything is divine and perfect.
And it's okay if the logical mind doesn't understand that,
Because God does not make sense to the logical mind.
And I am grateful for that.
Grateful to be rooted and steeped in love.
Grateful to be rooted and steeped in truth,
Knowing that there's only one ingredient,
And that is love.
Having the wherewithal and understanding that there's many,
Many,
Many things that we as a society,
We as a human race need to continue to unlearn.
The only way that you put out a fire is with love.
You don't ignite it.
And so I am grateful to recognize that there is one presence and one power,
And that we are all united and unified in this presence and power,
That there's absolutely no separation between us and God.
We are God in its fullness.
And yes,
We have a human experience,
Absolutely.
And also having the wherewithal and understanding that we are perfect in every moment doesn't mean we don't have things that we work on,
Doesn't mean we don't have things that we're unlearning.
But our soul is perfect.
Our divine nature is perfect.
The orchestration of every unfoldment is perfect.
And so I am grateful to realize that any quality that we know of God,
We have access to right now.
Right now.
So it's okay if you want to strengthen your prayer practice.
It's okay if you want to meditate for the first time.
It's okay if you haven't journaled in months.
It's okay if you haven't ever experienced a yoga practice or physical exercise.
It's okay.
Because the beautiful part is that you get to choose.
And one choice can change the entire trajectory of your life.
Whatever you've accepted as a label that you've placed on yourself or others,
Whether it be depression or anxiety,
Maybe someone has labeled you bipolar or schizophrenic.
Maybe someone has labeled you with multiple personalities.
Maybe someone has called you a liar or a narcissist.
Whatever labels you have placed on yourself and have received that others have placed on you,
Today is the day.
You get to choose.
And so wherever you are in your unfolding,
Whether it's mentally,
Spiritually,
Emotionally,
In your physical body temple,
Maybe it's made manifest in your finances,
Wherever you are,
It is perfect.
And it's perfect not because I say so,
But because God says so.
And it's time that we start acknowledging the goodness of God,
The fundamental,
Organic,
Natural goodness of God.
And if you don't know what I'm talking about,
Step outside.
Look up.
Look at the trees.
Look at the grass.
Look at the soil.
Listen to the sounds of the birds.
Look at your animals.
Look at someone smiling.
Listen to a baby laughing or crying.
That is the fundamental goodness of God.
And so I give thanks for this morning.
I give thanks for this prayer.
I give thanks for the right use of technology to be able to come here in this moment,
In the moments preceding,
And in the moments to follow.
I want you to remember that right where you are in your physical geographic,
Emotional space,
Mental space,
Physical space,
That love is present in its entirety.
And it wants to have a direct relationship with you.
God wants to have a direct,
Intimate relationship with you.
And so it's okay if you haven't prayed in some time.
You can do it right now.
And if all that you can muster up is thank you,
That is sufficient.
And so I release this prayer.
I release these words.
I release all of my love to each and every one of you,
Knowing that as I give my love,
I am filled.
I love you.
I honor you.
I see you.
I respect you.
We are all in our own unique divine unfolding.
Don't compare yourself to anyone.
Don't compare your journey or your path or your healing or your prayers or your journaling.
Don't compare it to anybody.
I love you so very much.
I release this prayer by saying,
