Welcome, Lovely soul, To this powerful sleep meditation, Helping you drift into a beautiful deep sleep, Whilst also receiving powerful affirmations for strength, Resilience, Worth, Abundance, Miracles, Bringing you all that it is divinely yours. So when you're ready, Start getting comfortable, Find the position you find most comfortable to sleep, Then close your eyes and start taking in some lovely deep breaths. And as you breathe in, Breathe deep into the belly and allow your out breath to fully extend. And breathe, Sending signals to your body that you are safe, That it's okay to let go, That it's time to relax. And as you take in these deep breaths, I want you to imagine breathing in beautiful light colours or pure white light, Whatever comes is right for you. And as you breathe out, Breathe out any murky energy, All the stuff you need to let go of, Let it out now. And as you do that, I invite in loving energies, All here for your greatest good, To be with you, Support you, Protect you and guide you, Bringing you all you need right now. So allow your breathing to relax now, As we're going to relax your mind and your body. So I want you to imagine now, Beautiful white light coming from source through the crown of your head, Relaxing the crown of your head, Relaxing the muscles around your eyes, Relaxing your jaw as it flows down into the neck, Releasing and letting go of any tension. It flows down into your shoulders, Allowing your shoulders to just let go. Be aware now of this beautiful, Powerful white light flowing down, Flowing down into your upper arms, Your upper body, Your upper back, Bringing with it a deep sense of peace, Calm. As it flows down your arms now, Down your forearm, You may even be aware of a slight tingling sensation in your hands as your energy within you activates. And allow your focus to go to your upper back as this beautiful, Defined white light now flows down your back and your spine, Relaxing the muscles around your shoulder blades, Relaxing the muscles all the way down your back and deep into the base of your back. And notice the beautiful white light also moving down your body, Down your chest, Your stomach, Releasing any tension as it all flows down now to your throat, Relaxing and releasing as it goes. As this white, Beautiful light penetrates deep into the cells of every muscle, Every cell, Just relaxing, Letting go. And if you still notice any tension, That's okay. Just allow your mind to keep drifting. This white light is now moving down your legs, Down your calves, White light to guide you inwards, Deep. Allow it to guide you to somewhere beautiful now. Let your imagination take you somewhere peaceful. Notice where you've gone, Where have you drifted to? Where is it that is so peaceful and safe? Just notice if it's indoor or outdoor, If it's warm or cool. Notice if there's any noise or it's beautifully quiet. All these sensations, All helping you to feel a deeper sense of safety, Of calm, And a deep sense of relaxation now. With every breath you take becoming more and more at peace, Nobody needs anything from you. You don't need to hold space for anyone else. You don't need to take care of anyone else. You don't need to think of anyone else's needs right now. This is your time, Your space to be with you. Allow this peaceful, Calm space to become even clearer now. Every moment you spend here allows you to feel more and more relaxed. Your thoughts will still come and go, But you're able to simply watch them. In this beautiful, Peaceful, Calm place, Kindness reigns. Love is in charge. And as you spend time in this beautiful place, I want you to invite in, Give permission for loving energies to join you. Maybe spirit guides, A loved one, An energy that brings a deeper sense of safety, A deeper sense of peace now, Just to be with you. Just allow them to be with you in this space now.
