Welcome to the show.

So today,

I'll dive right into it.

I'm talking about how how God expresses itself through us into our daily activities.

How we do what we do.

Why we do what we do.

The manner in which we do what we do.

It's everything.

You know,

This is what's really meant by living spiritually or living in God's grace.

Or Jesus take the wheel.

You know,

Like it's you know,

One of my favorite sayings recently is from Jesus when he said,

The Sabbath was made for man,

The man wasn't made for Sabbath,

The Sabbath.

So it's like,

Because I love the underlying meaning behind that.

I love the deeper understanding of that.

I love the fact that basically what he was saying is,

You know,

You can apply the Sabbath to anything,

Anything that we think we should be doing to be more spiritual.

You know,

Spirituality is not another identity.

Oh,

I'm a I'm a stockbroker and I'm a father and I live spiritually or I'm a Christian or like it's it's not supposed to be another label,

Another identity that is backed up by by how do I say this?

Kind of by what we do.

I mean,

It is backed up by what we do,

But I mean that in two different ways.

It's it's not like going to church every day or every Sunday does not make you it does not give you a good relationship with God.

I know I've tried.

I mean,

Heck,

When I was younger,

Man,

I used to like I think I was probably 18,

19 years old and I had my my party apartment and it was right around the corner from the the big bigger or the biggest church in town.

And me and one of my friends,

We used to get dressed up in suits on Sunday morning and walk over to church and go to church and then come back.

Now,

You know,

A lot of people were looking at us like,

What the heck are these two doing here?

These two wild and nuts that are,

You know,

Running the streets every other day.

And here they are in church.

And,

You know,

To be honest with you,

Like I didn't I don't think I fully knew why I did it.

But all I knew back then was it made me feel clean for a little while,

You know,

I was drinking and drugging and sex and just complete maniac out of control.

But like when I went to church for when I got dressed up and went to church for 45 minutes,

I just felt like I was kind of like a normal human being,

Like and I was I wasn't this.

You know,

On an unconscious level,

I could feel the results of all the poor decisions I was making,

But I wasn't conscious enough to understand it.

And it just made me feel clean for 45 minutes a week.

But of course,

It didn't change my life.

Going to church doesn't change your life,

You know.

I mean,

Really,

Even bringing God into your heart doesn't fully change your life.

I mean,

It the way it does,

But the way it changes your life is is when you bring God into your heart,

Like really into your heart deeply over and over and over and over again all day long until it's until your very existence is God expressing itself through you.

When you get there,

Then yeah,

Like and by the way,

That's it's not that hard to get there.

You can get there in a few days.

But like as you live,

As the energy of God is rolling through you and it's just when you're emanating in that vibration of love,

It's just it emanates out of you and it affects the way you think it affects the way you you you behave because you're not going to be in this loving vibration of God and gratitude because like if you're in the vibration of God,

You're in the vibration of gratitude because you're like,

Oh,

My God,

This is my life is such a gift and there's so much love everywhere you can feel it.

And when you're living from that,

Like you're of course,

You're thinking is just going to be different.

It's coming from a place of gratitude.

It's coming from a place of love.

So therefore,

It's coming from a place of God.

And it's just you'll think differently and you'll feel differently.

And therefore,

You'll behave differently.

You'll perceive things differently.

You know,

Instead of being so judgmental,

You know,

Your first instinct is like,

Oh,

My God,

This person's an idiot.

Instead,

Your first instinct is,

Oh,

Maybe they're having a rough day.

Why?

Because you're in the vibration of love and that affects the way you think.

It affects your perception and your perception is your reality.

So when we really embody daily,

You know,

Not just meditating 10 minutes in the morning,

You know,

Like,

I mean,

I'm,

I'm,

I'm like,

A spiritual realist.

I'm,

I'm,

I don't believe in things just because people say them,

Like they need,

I need to understand them.

There needs to be a logical reason.

And then eventually it,

It actually needs to be backed up through what we call science.

Like I have to,

I have to do something,

Experience its result multiple times and then go,

Oh,

Okay.

I believe in this because I've personally experienced it.

Like that's the stuff that I teach and that's the stuff that I believe in.

I don't just,

Oh,

I read it in a book.

Like,

So therefore no,

Everything that I teach is through personal experience.

It's the only way I'm,

We're in the information age.

We have to discern like,

You know,

Even spiritual texts.

I think there's tons of what we,

People call spiritual texts that is not actually spiritual texts and,

Or it's misinterpreted.

You know,

All,

To me,

It's not very difficult to figure out,

Like,

Does it sound like love?

No,

It sounds like ego sounds like fighting.

Oh,

Okay.

Well that must've been man's interpretation of it then.

Maybe they interpreted it wrong or maybe they just made it up and said it was spiritual text.

If it's not love based,

Then it's,

It's not spiritual texts.

It's not God's will.

God's just love.

That's it.

Sorry.

He's not running around with this ego,

You know,

Wanting us to be,

You know,

Oh,

You,

You must praise me.

He doesn't give a crap.

He doesn't need us to praise him.

He doesn't feel empty if we're not all running around praising him or it,

I should say.

I don't believe God is a man.

It was just,

You know,

I was raised like that through the Catholic religion,

Him and all this stuff.

So if I slip and say him,

Just bear with me.

I just mean it.

I don't think,

I think it's,

It is absurd to think God is a woman as it is to think it's a man.

It's a creator of everything.

And we're going to pick one aspect of it.

Of course not.

But you know,

I,

I think that we misinterpret or people have misinterpreted things and,

And,

And,

And it's like,

You know,

Thou shall not have any gods before me.

Well,

What does that mean?

Well,

I have to be the best.

Like that's a human egoic interpretation of what that means.

That God means like,

Well,

I have to be number one and you have to praise me.

And if you praise,

If you glorify anything other than me,

Then,

Then you,

Then I'm not feeling the love that I'm supposed to get and you're bad and you're a bad person and you're going to hell.

But that sounds like an egoic person describing that.

I could hear an egoic person saying that,

But if I go,

Okay,

Well,

Like what's it,

What,

What could he have meant by that from a spiritual perspective?

Well,

Like I,

I actually learned it in recovery many years ago,

That they say in recovery,

Whatever you put above God,

You're going to lose.

Like,

And so,

So what that means is like,

If,

If I am,

It doesn't mean that I can't glorify something else or not,

I shouldn't say glorify.

I guess maybe that is,

Would possibly be left for God,

Depending on what your definition of that term is.

But,

But you know,

Just to,

Just to highly value something else,

Like there's nothing wrong with highly valuing anything.

There's nothing wrong with highly valuing money or another person or anything,

Anything that you would highly value.

There's nothing wrong with that.

But if you put it above God,

Then it's a problem.

Why?

Because your priorities aren't in order.

It's not because God's pissed off at you.

It's because your priorities are not,

You're,

You're not filled with love and gratitude for being a creation and an expression and an extension of God.

Because if you were,

You would realize that whatever the heck you're putting above God,

It would be ridiculous to put it above God because you have everything.

You have a source of unlimited love,

Unlimited support,

Unlimited abundance,

Unlimited joy,

Unlimited everything.

And you're going to trade that.

You're going to put that below a relationship.

You're going to put that below finances.

Well,

Then your priorities are out of whack and you're going to end up sabotaging it and wrecking it.

That's why God was trying to teach us what our priorities need to be internally to keep us in alignment with the creator.

And when we're in alignment with the creator,

Everything is wonderful and perfect and blissful and better than we could ever want.

So,

So we have this recipe of putting,

You know,

Our creator first and the connection with the creator.

So therefore we're connected with our source of love,

Support,

Abundance,

Everything.

If we do that,

We get everything underneath it.

Or we can take that,

Put it down and then take one of those things and put it above it.

And then we lose all that other stuff.

We might get rich,

But you know,

There's so many,

Like I'm hearing scripture going through my head,

You know,

What,

What does it profit a man to gain the whole world,

But to lose his soul?

You know,

This is what they were talking about.

It's,

It's all the same thing when we're,

When we're in alignment with who and what we are eternally and our creator,

It's all the same.

We have everything.

So hopefully that's kind of a,

You know,

A good overview for this podcast,

Because this is,

You know,

I'm going to be talking about a project that I'm doing,

But it's not about the project.

It's about how God is using me to create this project.

It's about what's coming through me.

So,

And the energy is just starting to flow through me hardcore.

So I'm heating up.

I'm going to pause this for a moment and just put my fan on bear with me.

Okay.

That's much better.

Yeah.

That's what happens when I'm,

When I'm in the flow of God,

Man,

The energy just starts flowing and I start heating up.

And plus it's August and the Dominican Republic.

So,

So yeah,

It's,

It's,

You know,

I am going to be discussing this project,

But it's,

It's,

It's not about the project.

It's how God is working through me,

Creating this project.

And it's so like,

I've been focused on creating this big land project where I'm purchasing a big piece of land.

And actually this picture behind me is one of the pictures of the piece of land here in the DR and the mountains that,

That I'm getting and sectioning off sections and selling little pieces.

So,

And you know,

You guys can go check out the project and stuff,

Mountain Ridge sanctuary,

But you know,

It's that,

That,

That's just this is my way of,

Of using that as an example to take what I'm talking about and bring it into a real life scenario.

So this project,

Like,

Oh,

What was it?

Well,

You know,

I guess maybe about five years ago,

Like I kind of knew that my son was getting older and that chapter of my life where being a single parent,

You know,

It takes a lot of energy and building up my business took a lot of energy and all this stuff.

So I knew that I was coming into a new stage of life.

And so what I usually do when I can feel something shifting or coming is,

Is up my meditation and,

And I'm looking into,

You know,

Okay,

What is this?

What,

Where do I need to be leaning into?

And a lot of times I get like qualities and what I was getting was grace and ease.

The next,

You know,

I worked really hard and pushed and,

And,

And was busy and all this stuff.

And I accomplished what I wanted to,

Which was being a present father and flexible to be able to participate with my son's activities and be there all the time and,

And,

And start my business doing what I loved and helping people.

So,

You know,

That was great,

But it was a lot of work and I was tired,

More tired than I realized.

And when I ended up moving to the DR completely unexpectedly,

I,

Um,

I ended up resting,

Quite honestly.

I mean,

Just resting.

I mean,

I was an alcoholic for 20 years,

And then I just described what I did for the next 20 years.

So that's 40 years ever since I was 15,

I used a lot of energy in one way or another,

And I was tired,

Man.

So really I rested here in the DR pretty much most of the time for the first,

Like three years.

I mean,

I,

You know,

I was still doing my business and,

And,

Um,

And I even did some new things and,

You know,

And I rebranded things and all kinds of stuff,

But it was at a very slow pace and there was a lot of rest and a lot of downtime.

You know,

I was kind of like semi-retired.

So,

So,

You know,

Then after I had rested,

Then the,

The creative urge that,

That like,

Let's get back into participating in the unfoldment of my own life,

Um,

Started bubbling up and ideas started coming and,

And I had to get myself into action taking again because an object at rest tends to stay at rest.

So I was resting,

So I needed to push myself and take little bits of,

Um,

Action over and over and and,

And,

And then I got to a plateau of like how much action I could take.

And then I got used to that and then I took more action and now I'm getting to the point where like I'm really high functioning again,

Like I was before all my rest.

I can accomplish a tremendous amount in one day,

Whereas that's how I lived for many years before.

And I'm getting back to that finally.

Um,

Which isn't,

Which is nice.

Like,

And I'm not,

But it's different.

It's more grace and ease.

I'm not busy all the time.

I'm not stressed out.

Am I doing accomplishing a lot?

Yes,

I am.

But it's through God.

See,

This is,

This is kind of the stuff that I want to explain to you guys.

Like,

Like,

You know,

Yesterday,

The day before I've done so much this week,

And it's not just this week,

But just the,

You know,

Um,

The last couple of days are just a good example of what I've been doing.

I've accomplished a ton.

I'm ready to launch this Mountain Ridge Sanctuary out to everyone,

You know,

Investors and,

And purchasers and,

And just,

I'm ready.

I'm basically ready to do that.

And,

And it's just,

It's,

It's a lot of work getting all this stuff,

But,

And I'm highly productive,

But I'm literally laughing while I'm doing things.

I'm in joy.

I am writing,

Putting together investor brochures and purchaser brochures and emails and all kinds of stuff and organizing it all.

And I'm putting all this together and I'm literally breaking out,

Laughing out loud,

All alone in my house as this stuff comes together,

Because I'm looking it over or reading it over and I'm like,

Oh my God,

This is beautiful.

This is beautiful.

This is such a beautiful project.

This is put together so well.

And I don't feel that I'm doing any of it.

Like I'm not like we think we want to be proud of ourselves.

We don't need to be,

We don't need to be proud of ourselves because if we are in alignment with our higher power and we understand that what we're putting out is our higher power expressing itself through us,

And it's way better than anything that we could ever do,

Then that does a couple of things.

One,

It takes the pressure off of us because we know that we're not doing it,

You know,

And,

And the stuff comes out way better through us.

And we're,

We don't need pride in what we're doing.

What we need is gratitude for what's flowing through us.

It feels wonderful to be a vessel for this way better than I could ever feel if I was focused on pride.

Oh,

I did a really good job.

Oh,

You know,

Like,

Like,

I can't even kind of really go there right now because I'm so out of that mentality,

But you know,

I'm going to try to just for a moment and like,

Oh,

You know,

Like,

What does that do to you?

Pride?

It's just,

I mean,

It's one of the seven deadly sins,

Isn't it?

I mean,

You know,

I mean,

I,

I believe in self love,

Right?

So I think we confuse pride with self love a lot of times.

It's like,

It's egoic,

Man.

Pride is egoic.

I,

Me,

I,

I did a wonderful thing.

I'm awesome.

I,

I accomplished something amazing.

It's so weak.

It's so weak in comparison to the feeling that I get when I am clear that God is expressing itself through me.

And I'm a vessel and this beautiful God designed stuff is just coming through me into this world.

That's better than I could ever do.

I love being a vessel.

It's,

It's not a,

It's like,

It doesn't make me feel less than,

You know,

I think,

I think that that's the unconscious perception.

Like,

Oh,

If I'm proud of myself,

Then I,

You know,

Then I feel great and powerful.

And,

But if I'm just a vessel of something and it's not really me doing it and I don't take the pride in it,

Then it just kind of is like,

Oh,

Well,

You know,

That's good.

No,

It's the opposite.

It's the opposite.

Having pride in yourself.

Like we are,

You know,

Just on this planet.

I mean,

We are one in 8 billion.

We're just another bozo on the bus.

When individually we're not that important.

We're not that powerful.

We can only accomplish so much.

You know,

I've accomplished most things I've set my mind to I've accomplished.

But I mean,

Most things I set my mind to that I accomplished were,

They were good.

I mean,

I know I brought God into my business and my parenting and stuff like that.

But you know,

I also had my ego involved.

I wasn't always connected.

So,

You know,

It oscillates and stuff like that.

And if I look at my business is my,

My,

My business,

Like this amazing expression of God that like,

It's just,

Oh my God,

I don't even believe that exists.

Like this is just artwork.

No,

It's my business.

You know,

I created it.

It's good.

It helps people.

It,

It provided a wonderful life for my son and I,

It accomplished everything that I wanted it to,

But that's all a human can do is just kind of that.

Or you have this expression of God that is endless and boundless.

And like,

I see this project blossoming into other things.

Like they already offered me the piece of land that,

That is adjoining to it to sign in and lock the price so that if this project goes good,

They'll give me the other,

The other piece at the price that it's at now.

Like,

So God is already setting up the future and there's no risk.

I can just go,

No,

You know,

Like I can sign and lock in the price.

And then after this project goes through,

I could be like,

Well,

That was a lot of work.

I don't want to do it again.

So no,

I'm not going to buy that piece.

I can back out.

So there's no,

There's no,

But it's giving me the opportunity to move forward and do another one.

If I so choose,

If God wants,

Not if I so choose,

I misspoke.

And it's beautiful.

And it's,

It's,

It's just,

There's aspects of it.

Like,

Honestly,

The,

The,

The,

The majority of the feedback that I've gotten from really qualified,

Intelligent investors that are much more well-versed,

Much more informed in the world of investing in land projects.

The majority of the feedback that I've gotten has been,

This is too good to be true.

Right.

Like when you,

And I understand why,

Like when you're investing in something,

If it looks too good to be true,

It usually is,

But the word,

The operative word there is usually not always,

Sometimes things are really good.

And if they're God designed,

They've got a much better chance.

Right.

So I'm,

You know,

Like if,

If their minds are closed,

I'm like,

Okay,

Thank you.

You know,

If their minds are open,

I'm like,

Okay,

Well,

Let me show you why it's this good.

It's just numbers.

I can show you the numbers.

If you find a problem in my numbers,

Then you let me know.

But the numbers are saying that this is as amazing as it seems.

So let's look at it.

And they'll,

You know,

And the ones that have an open mind that are like,

Okay,

It's probably too good to be true,

But I'm going to look into it to find out.

Those are the ones that are seeing it for what it is.

And they're going,

Oh man,

You,

You actually have something here.

Like,

This is insane.

I'm like,

I know it's because it ain't mine.

It's God's doing.

And I'm just the vessel.

I'm just a steward.

You know,

And it's beautiful.

Every aspect of it is beautiful.

The,

The,

The,

The land is,

Is just amazing because not only is it beautiful,

But it's like,

It has,

It's very usable,

Which a lot of the land out here that can be visually stunning.

If you really think about it,

You can't use a lot of it,

Or you have to do a lot of work to use it.

Like,

A lot of it could be overgrown,

Or if it's not,

It could be very hilly,

Which is like,

You know,

If you look at that picture in the background,

For those of you watching video,

You know,

I've got some hills back here and it's like the top of the hill is beautiful.

Right.

But what about the hill itself?

Some of that is going to be unusable.

Some,

Depending on what,

You know,

You could use some of it,

But,

But I'm talking about people who want to build,

You know,

Eco-friendly homes and stuff like this and gardens and permaculture and this stuff like this.

So,

So like this land has just way more usable land than anything else that I've been looking at in the last year and a half or two years.

So it's,

It's just so that,

So the land,

Okay.

You know,

Then the price,

Wow.

Okay.

And then the,

The,

The fact that,

You know,

There's lots of land out here,

But there's no roads to get to it.

Oh,

Well,

We've got a paved road,

The main road,

It's,

It's very close to,

It's only five minutes off the main road and half of the,

Half of the five minute drive is,

And very slow five minute drive,

Half of that is paved.

Like,

So,

And there's a road that goes all the way,

The length of property,

Not paved,

But it's already there.

Like,

Wow.

Okay.

You know,

Like,

So,

Oh,

And it's,

And it's up against a huge river that never dries out.

So you have water,

You have activities,

Like,

Plus it's got another source of water.

That's a smaller,

You know,

What we would probably call is like a Creek smaller that can it dry up?

Yeah.

Maybe it does every,

Every few years,

Maybe even less than that.

You know,

Maybe every five years or something,

If you have a really strong drought in the summertime or something,

But it comes right back,

You know,

It's there every year.

And most of the year it's there might just dry up for a couple months or something,

But that,

But that's another water source.

Right.

So,

So like,

Just,

And the,

The electric and,

And water is close by and it's just like,

So the land is amazing.

The,

The,

The,

The people that are coming into my life and I'm explaining all this stuff because I want,

I want,

I want you guys to see how God works.

Okay.

And so you can like have a real life example and start believing in this stuff.

You know,

It's like,

I was trying to do this last year,

But I wasn't God centered enough.

So,

So like I was putting too much work and effort into the land project and it ended up not working out.

I wasn't putting enough effort into my God consciousness.

I mean,

I've been living spiritual for 21 years.

So a lot of my life is around spirituality.

It always has been right.

But I'm talking about taking it to a whole nother level.

So if I want this in,

So this time,

When I started this project,

Started bubbling back up to the surface,

I started finding this land and all this stuff,

Like,

Instead of double down on the work towards the land,

I tripled down on my connection with God.

That's what I did.

Like,

We think if we want something in our life,

We have to put extra energy towards it.

And we do have to put energy towards things,

But that's not the main thing.

That's completely secondary.

If that's what we do,

It's not going to come to fruition or it's not going to come into fruition the way it could,

If we focused on God.

I'm just,

I'm just focusing more and more just,

You know,

And now,

Since I've been focusing on it,

You know,

The first thoughts that I have when I'm waking up,

When I'm coming into consciousness is God and gratitude.

And how wonderful it is that I have this presence and this contact with this,

With the all powerful creator of the entire universe at my fingertips.

And how wonderful that is.

That's my first,

That's just before my eyes even open.

That's what's starting to go through my head.

And it's the last thing I think about when I go to bed and I feel this wave of gratitude throughout my day.

And it didn't just happen.

I had to work at it.

I had to,

You know,

Set a mind bell timer to go off on my phone for like every hour to remind me,

Glenn,

Just take a few seconds and connect to God.

Feel some gratitude.

Oh yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah.

Okay.

That's the most important thing.

It's the most important thing,

Acting like it,

Not living my life and then squeezing it in for a little while in the morning and squeezing it in for a little while in the evening,

And then even maybe squeezing it in for a little bit in the afternoon.

No,

Everything that I did was about it.

If I was cooking my lunch,

Then I was feeling gratitude for the food or that I had a house in the peaceful mountains of the Dominican Republic that I could live in where I could cook my lunch.

And I didn't have to worry about whether I had food or not.

Like a lot of people have to in the DR and the world,

You know,

It's,

It's just,

Everything became a praise of God.

Everything became an expression of my gratitude towards God,

Everything,

Every aspect of my life all day,

Every day.

And then all of a sudden,

Then all of a sudden,

Right,

What happens is,

You know,

I,

This,

This new land,

As I'm working on that,

This new land comes in and I'm like,

Oh,

Wow,

There.

Wow.

Okay.

And then I'm talking to the,

The real estate agent that's,

That's representing the land and,

And I find out that this real estate company has access to surveyors and,

And,

And architects and the equipment to build the roads and all this stuff.

Because like,

I need professionals to do that stuff.

I'm not a professional in that area.

And if I'm expecting to get investors,

Then I need to ensure that this is my first project.

I can't have it up to me and my brain power to figure out how to do everything because I don't know everything yet.

And I'm going to make mistakes.

So I have to find professionals.

I have to have a team that has done this multiple times before and knows what to expect and can do it and lay it all out.

And then I can learn along the way,

But I'm having the professionals handle the part that professionals,

And this is nothing new.

I mean,

Even in business,

Like,

Like,

You know,

I mean,

If you take any or most,

I'd say not any,

But most successful business people,

They're going to like highly successful.

I'm not talking about somebody that just did some good business stuff.

I'm talking about people that are capable of repeating and,

And,

And,

And just really good at business and building huge things.

Like the people that are able to do that.

They,

They talk about building a good team underneath them and delegating.

They're not doing every aspect.

Like,

You know,

The,

The,

The CEO of a software company is not writing the software.

They're hiring a software writer.

So you have to have a good team underneath you,

People that are highly capable and motivated to do what they do.

People,

People that are passionate about what they're doing and love it.

See,

That's what I'm good at.

I'm good at finding people that are passionate about what they do and have the right mindset to succeed.

If I'm talking to somebody and they're like,

Yeah,

Well,

You know,

There's a hill right there.

So,

So,

You know,

We can't put a road there.

I go,

Oh,

Okay.

So where should we put the road?

And they go,

I don't know,

Man.

I mean,

We can't put it there.

So,

So I don't know,

I guess you're screwed,

You know?

Well,

Guess what?

That person ain't working for me because they have the wrong outlook.

They have the wrong mindset.

Their brain works the wrong way.

Now,

If I go,

If I'm having that same conversation with somebody else and they go,

Oh yeah,

Well,

The,

Yeah,

The road can't go there.

I go,

Okay,

What should we do?

You know,

Either they go,

I don't know,

I don't know,

But let me think about it.

I'll find a way.

Or they go,

Well,

You know,

The water drains over here,

So we could actually put it up there.

It's going to be a little bit more work,

But the results are going to be 10 times better.

So,

So yeah,

We could,

We,

We can put it there.

We just got to budget a little bit more money.

And I'm like,

Oh,

Okay.

See,

Those are the type of people who,

Who are solution oriented,

Not problem oriented are the people that I need to work with,

That we all should work with.

And I can identify that very clearly by listening to what people say and how they say it,

Because that's what I do for a living.

I listen to clients,

What they're saying,

How they're saying it,

The energy in which they're saying it,

What they mean by it.

That's what I do for a living.

So I can find out where to make the adjustments.

See,

I shut this window.

Got a little rain picking up.

It's getting loud.

So,

So yeah.

So,

So,

You know,

Putting together this team,

But it's,

It's,

And I'm doing it by not only the skills that I've learned,

But again,

It's for my God consciousness.

It's all through feeling if I'm sitting there connected to God,

Feeling love and gratitude and bliss and peace.

Right.

And then this other energy comes in as a person that's part of the project.

And they're,

They're not vibrating at that rate.

They're not vibrating at love.

Not that they necessarily have to be vibrating at the same rate of love that I am,

But it's just a general vibration.

It's just a general energy that somebody has.

We've all been around it.

Like if you're around somebody that's negative,

You can pick up that they're negative.

It's not rocket science,

You know?

So if I'm sitting there,

Like,

But the more,

The higher my vibration is the more obvious.

The,

The alternative vibration is the more,

The easier I can pick up on it.

Like if I'm vibrating,

You know,

I'm going to,

I'm going to try to quantify it,

You know?

So like,

Let's say I'm vibrating at the rate of God.

Well,

Not that I've ever gotten there,

But,

But like really high vibration,

Really feeling connected to God.

And that's like a thousand,

Right.

Then if I,

But like I could be,

Let's say the,

The,

The halfway point between like positive and negative is 500.

And,

You know,

And I'm vibrating at a thousand.

Well,

If somebody is vibrating at 499,

Like I can pick up on that because it's just not the same as my vibration.

It's,

It's not even near it.

Right.

But if I'm vibrating at 501 and they're vibrating at 499,

The difference isn't that big.

So I might not pick up on it.

Right?

So the higher vibrating I am,

The closer I am to God,

The easier it is for me to see the differences,

To,

To,

To,

To,

To pick up on the reality that this person is not a good match for the project.

They're going to be bringing in negative energy and problems,

And we don't need that.

This is,

This is God's divine expression.

We've got to keep the energy pure as pure as possible.

Again,

Not that,

You know,

Not that I need to have a,

A construction expert.

That's also a priest,

A high vibrating priest.

It's,

It's not to say that it's just to say that,

Like,

We need good energy and on this project and it's in the smooth,

And then it goes more smoothly.

Like that,

That's just a life fact.

Right.

But then it's also a spiritual fact.

So like just in life,

If you are working on a project with a bunch of negative people,

It's going to go,

You,

It's going to be more difficult than if you're working with a project with a bunch of positive people.

That's just how the universe works.

Right?

I'm just upping that,

That same rule,

That same law,

I'm just upping it.

So it just goes that much smoother.

But again,

It's all because of me working on,

You know,

When I saw this,

When when this urge,

This creative urge started bubbling up in me to lean back into this land project and give it another shot,

I didn't go,

Okay,

Materialistically,

What do I need to do?

Oh,

I need to drive around.

I need to find land.

I need to call this person.

I need to call that person.

I need to like,

I didn't do that.

What I did was leaned into God more,

Leaned into God more.

And as I leaned into God more,

All of a sudden this stuff just started coming.

So,

You know,

So I kind of talked about the people that I had coming in kind of with the real estate aspect of it,

The people who are capable of doing the all the legal work,

The planning,

The laying out,

The permaculture aspects,

The roads,

The electric,

The water,

All this stuff,

All these things that I don't know how to do,

The right people just came right in and multiple of them.

So I can,

You know,

So I can get quotes from different companies and pick the right one and all.

So that's wonderful,

Right?

And then like,

And I'm sitting here going,

Oh my God,

And I'm expressing gratitude and I'm seeing it for what it is.

I'm seeing it that God's running this program and it ain't me because this is too perfect.

And as I'm feeling that gratitude,

Then investors start coming and real estate specialists start coming.

And like,

I don't know,

I didn't know these people before.

And they're like the people that are coming that are investors in real estate professionals,

They are God centered,

Like they are spiritual,

Like that's the foundation of their life.

So it's not just investors and real estate investors,

It's spiritual investors and real estate specialists that are coming in.

And then some of them can feel the love in this project and the God and coming off of me.

So,

You know,

And seeing this project that for what it is and they're like,

Oh my God,

Like,

I'm going to help you.

And then,

So I'm getting this gift of help from these experts that are God centered to make this even more perfect,

You know?

And then this is why I want to do the podcast because I'm so freaking excited because it just keeps getting better and better and better.

So I'm sitting here going,

Oh my God,

I can't believe how beautiful this is.

I can't believe how awesome the land is,

The deal that I'm getting,

The financing aspects being offered,

The professionals that know what they're doing coming in,

The experts to guide me,

All this is so beautiful.

And then God decides to start bringing philanthropy.

Now I've been interested in philanthropy ever since I can remember to some degree,

But especially like starting 15 years ago.

I started researching philanthropy like 15 years ago and I've always wanted to get into it.

I just haven't been in a position where I could yet.

So I was,

You know,

This project is not just about me,

It's about helping other people,

Which is another reason why it's going so well because the energy isn't just about me and making money.

It's about,

It's a launching pad,

What I can do with that money and how we can enhance the area that,

You know,

Of course I live in a DR so a lot of it's over here,

But just projects that could be anywhere in the world,

Right?

Philanthropy work.

But I believe,

You know,

Not in giving somebody a fish,

I believe in teaching them how to fish.

That's why I love philanthropy and the way that I see philanthropy is not throwing money at something.

It's creating things,

Businesses and other situations that are actually owned and run by the locals that changes their,

The entire quality of their life forever,

For generations.

Not just throwing money at a problem,

Right?

So now this is giving me the opportunity to do that and,

And it always,

You know,

It was going to be a launching pad for me to go off into that direction,

But now God's like,

Why wait?

Why not just bring philanthropy into this project now and start bringing people in?

So now I don't have this piece settled yet,

But like I'm speaking with people who are creating fresh water in the Dominican Republic and they're already doing it for tons of people,

But they want to do it for the whole country.

Well,

I can help with that.

There's also programs in nearby Cabaret,

Where they,

Where they're helping boys.

It's kind of like an after school program where,

Where they mentor them and,

You know,

They teach them responsibility and English and showing up on time and skills and,

You know,

All this stuff.

So they,

So they raise their self-esteem and their self-love,

Give them hope on what they can accomplish and help them accomplish it and live good lives instead of just dropping out of school and hanging around the streets.

Right.

And also programs for girls here too.

So I'm in the talks with all the like programs for boys,

Programs for girls,

Programs for the water.

I'm in conversations with these people where we're going to bring in these philanthropy aspects into this project.

So they,

So we use this project to benefit those things.

You know,

And like I said,

It's like,

This stuff is just people just coming into my life,

Just messaging me out of the blue.

And,

And,

You know,

And it's,

It's God shots because they're not sitting there going,

Hey,

Glenn,

I heard you had a land project.

Let me get involved in it and help our thing.

It's not like that.

It's just random connections,

You know?

And then of course,

Once I see a random connection and an idea comes,

Then I follow it with follow-up action.

Oh,

Who else is out there?

What else?

Let me compare the different ones and see which ones are the best ones to do and how can,

And figure out a good way to benefit them.

Right.

So do you see all the,

You know,

Like God comes up and says,

Glenn,

Glenn,

Hey,

Land project that,

That soft whisper,

Be still and know that I am God.

Hey,

Glenn,

Maybe you should look into that land project again.

Hey,

Check out that land project.

Maybe you should look into the land project.

And then I go,

Oh,

Okay.

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah.

God,

God,

God connection,

God connection,

Look,

Land.

Oh,

Look,

Professionals to handle this part.

Oh,

Look more professionals,

God-centered to help you with this part.

Oh,

Look,

Philanthropy.

We'll add that into it.

It's expanding and getting better and better and more special and more beautiful,

More wonderful.

And not to mention the people that are either investing in this are going to make out like a bandit,

Uh,

Because the profit margin is there,

But the people purchasing also are undercutting everybody.

Like this is why the project is so amazing.

It's like,

I'm looking at the prices that I can sell this land to for purchasers and I'm undercutting people other land offers by more than 50% and making wonderful profit and taking care of the investors better than they normally could and taking care of philanthropy project.

It's like,

You can't make this up.

You cannot make this up.

There's no way I could have done this.

There's no way.

This is what I mean by it's all God.

It's all God.

It's all God expressing itself through me.

It's all God brain just expanding this project and making it better and better than it ever could have been with my finite perspective from my finite little human mind.

There's only so much I'm capable of God of,

But God is capable of everything bigger and better than we ever planned.

So that's the message I wanted to get through.

I think I got,

I think I got it through.

I think I,

I think I got it.

You know,

I just wanted you guys to feel the love flowing through me.

I,

I wanted you to feel the enthusiasm.

So I'll wrap up with this.

You know,

One of the things I found out many years ago is enthusiasm comes from the Greek word,

The Greek words in Theos,

Which means in God.

And I always thought that was so cool.

If you are listening to this podcast or watching this podcast and you can feel the,

The energy levels and the love and the joy and the excitement and the enthusiasm that's coming through me,

That's why,

Because I am in alignment with God.

And this project is being birthed through me,

Not by me,

By God,

Through me.

And my job is just to keep my vessel clean and by clean,

I envision it like a flute and I just keep the,

Keep my vessel polished and no obstructions in the holes.

And then when God decides to breathe its breath through my,

Through me,

Then it's a nice,

Clear channel for the music to come out.

And the more connected I am to God,

The more beautiful that music,

The more clear it is,

The more,

The more clearly an expression of God it is.

If I'm over here and not really taking care of myself,

Not only in a,

In a physical way,

But I mean,

But in a more,

More so in a spiritual way,

Because like,

If you're spiritually fit,

Then you're probably going to be more physically fit at some point,

Just because it's an,

It's an expression of love.

Like you can't abuse your body and say you love yourself,

Right?

So if you're vibrating at the source of,

At the rate of love,

Which is God,

The rate of love,

And you love yourself,

That love is going to express itself partially by taking care of yourself.

So,

But it's,

It,

You know,

That,

But that's secondary,

Right?

It's,

So the primary is God.

Connection,

Connection,

Connection,

Gratitude,

Love,

Expression of,

We are all one,

Just feeding that over and over and over and over and over and over.

And the more you embody it,

The better channel you are for God's love to come through you.
