Hey there,

Thanks for showing up.

This is Grayson Cole.

I'm honored to welcome you to this meditation.

This is an invitation to pause,

To tune in,

To connect with one of the most powerful forces we carry inside us,

The energy of yes.

That moment when clarity meets action,

When something within you says this is right,

Even if you don't know where it leads.

For the next few minutes,

Give yourself permission to be fully here.

No expectations,

No performance,

Just a willingness to listen inward.

I invite you to begin to arrive here in this moment.

Noticing the pace of your breath,

The weight of your body wherever you are.

Notice the sounds and sensations that remind you you're right here.

And let the breath become your anchor throughout the session.

Steady,

Natural,

Easy.

Something you can come back to as you find your mind will wander.

With each inhale,

Feel yourself gathering awareness.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself settling deeper into presence.

You've arrived.

And from this grounded awareness,

Bring to mind something in your life that's been calling your attention.

Maybe it's a creative spark that keeps returning,

A conversation that feels overdue,

Or maybe a change that you've been feeling ready for.

Let whatever comes to mind be enough.

No need to chase for it or analyze.

Just notice.

Gently ask yourself,

Where is my yes in this?

Feel what happens in your body when you ask.

Maybe there's a warmth in your chest,

A lift in your breath,

A sense of ease or excitement.

This is the physical feeling of alignment.

It's your body's way of saying,

This is a yes.

Now imagine this yes as light,

A soft current of golden energy resting in the center of your chest.

With every breath,

It grows a little brighter.

It moves through your shoulders,

Down your arms,

And begins to fill the space around you.

There's no effort here,

Just awareness.

Allowing whatever's here presenting itself to you to move freely.

Author Julia Cameron from The Artist's Way writes that when we move in the direction of our dreams,

The universe moves with us.

This reminds us that saying yes is an act of partnership between our willingness and life's creative flow.

When we follow that quiet yes within us,

We're following the flow of life itself.

Opening the channel for support,

For ideas,

For momentum.

With your next breath,

Imagine your yes radiating outward,

A signal to life itself.

As you sit here with your breath,

I invite you to silently repeat these words.

I am ready.

I am open.

I am moving with my yes.

I am ready.

I am open.

I am moving with my yes.

Allow those words to echo within you.

Feel how the body responds when your mind,

Heart,

And energy all agree.

Stay with this feeling for a few breaths.

Let it strengthen.

Inhale through the nose,

And exhale through the mouth.

And a few more breaths here on your own.

Notice how this stillness doesn't mean inactivity.

It's the stillness that comes when you've aligned your inner compass.

Feel that steadiness of yes.

Not rushed.

Not urgent.

Just clear.

You don't have to know the next step right now.

You're just opening the door.

Trust that this energy knows where it's going.

Trust that as you move through your day,

This yes will continue to unfold.

Meeting the people,

Moments,

And opportunities that match its vibration.

Maybe you'll notice subtle synchronicities.

A conversation that feels divinely timed.

Or a sudden sense of ease or tension used to be.

Those are all signs of your yes moving through the world.

Allow yourself to feel gratitude for this very moment.

For having listened.

For having allowed.

Take a slow breath in through the nose.

And exhale with a soft release.

You have set something in motion here.

Allow that truth to settle in.

You've aligned with something real within you.

The momentum is already building.

Quietly.

Naturally.

Beneath the surface of things.

As you move forward from here,

Remember.

Your yes doesn't need to shout.

It only needs to be consistent.

Keep listening for it in small moments.

In the conversations that light you up.

The opportunities that feel like expansion.

The ideas that won't leave you alone.

Each time you follow that signal,

You strengthen it.

Each step becomes a part of a larger rhythm.

Your rhythm of becoming.

So take a final deep breath in.

And exhale with trust.

The path ahead doesn't need to be perfect.

It just has to be yours.

Let your yes lead the way.

Let it guide your voice,

Your vision,

And your presence in the world.

And may this moment be a spark that reminds you that movement and meaning begin the same way.
