We're just going to bring our hands together and we're going to rub the hands quite vigorously.
Waking up our Laogang point in the centre of our palm.
And we want to place our mind here and we're going to use our imagination.
So slowly just start to part the hand.
And then bring them back together again.
Allow this feeling of your mind going into the hands.
You may feel a vibration,
A magnetism.
My heat.
Or a polarity.
Okay,
Now we're going to separate the hands a little bit more.
With that connection to the lao gung points in the centre of the palm,
We're going to drop.

The hands down.
And then we're going to widen our hands.
And as we breathe in,
Start to rise the hands up,
Widening.
The chi.
Here's the inhale and then the exhale as we get to the top.
Imagine a column of light coming through.
The top of your head.
Down through your spine.
Right down into the air.
Soften the knees.
Allow the energy to flow.
The chi.
Inhale.
Breathing in.
Exhale,
Imagine the column of light going through your head,
Maybe a beautiful white.
Coming from the heavens down to the earth.
Again,
Breathing in.
Raise the hands up keep that connection to the palms and then exhale Allow this column of light.
Come through.
You can do this as many times as you like.
Now we're going to bring our hands together.
Interlace them and drop the hands down We're going to inhale,
Rise the hands up.
As we get to the lungs,
We're going to push the hands out and tuck the head and round the head and round the upper back.
Inhale,
Rise,
The hands up,
Still interlace.
Feel that beautiful big stretch through your large intestine and the channels here.
And then push the hands,
The heel of the hand out.
Keep the hand flexed back as you release down on the exhale.
And we'll connect that all together.
So interlace the hands.
Inhale.
Up to the lungs,
Exhale,
Push.
Around the spine.
Inhale rise the hands up.
And then exhale,
Push.
The heel of the hand away as you open the hand.
All the way back down like a rainbow back down to the bottom again in here Exhale.
Inhale.
It's here.
Here we're working with the metal element This is the peak energy of the lungs.
This is the inhale.
The exhale.
Inhale.
And exhale and the large intestine as we move the lungs the large intestine And you won't be surprised if you need to go to the toilet breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out We'll do one more of those,
But you can carry on if you like breathing in.

Breathing in.
That beautiful fresh morning chi and then exhale all the way out pushing so the lungs and the large intestine are in the index finger and thumb all the way to the organ.
