This is Hema.
Welcome to a guided meditation journey.
I want to firstly acknowledge you and the steps you have taken here and now to connect with your heart,
To have a deeper intention for your life,
To the creative power and beauty of silence and ultimately a state of bliss.
These meditations have been recorded either live with audiences,
Sometimes in nature during one of our havens or in a studio,
So there may be some subtle variations in sound.
I intend to speak directly to your heart,
Space and subconscious,
So when the tone of my voice goes right down to a whisper,
It's for this purpose.
You don't need to listen,
But simply allow and trust the deeper part of you that knows.
I invite you now to relax,
To get comfortable and begin your journey by placing your attention on your heart space,
Taking a deep breath in and out and connecting with an intention for yourself as we begin.
We're now going to journey together.
Using your imagination,
Become aware of a single green door.
All around there is nothing but white energy.
This door is special.
You are holding the handle and as you turn the handle and open the door,
Walking through the door,
Each and every person here joining you on this journey.
Through the door,
You find yourself in a beautiful arena.
Huge arena,
The stage is at the centre.
A huge arena where the stage is in the centre and all around there are seats.
The arena is massive.
As you walk towards the front where the stage is,
All the people who are sharing this journey with you,
Filling up the seats all around you on either sides of the stage,
Filling up all the way to the back.
Now,
Inviting others into this space,
Become aware of inviting.
People you know,
People you love,
Family,
Friends,
Loved ones.
And in this space,
Become aware of sitting shoulder to shoulder with either someone who embodies real prosperity consciousness to you or a divine light being.
A divine light being who represents that energy.
In our hearts,
In our souls,
We all know the truth of what it means to be prosperous.
True prosperity is part of your nature.
Within our hearts and souls,
We know what it looks like,
What it feels like.
And more specifically,
We know what it means to us.
So now becoming aware of a beautiful intention to connect to this prosperity energy and all that it entails.
The lights are on and you can see the people around you become aware.
The ways in which their lives are prosperous that they may not recognize.
Those who have certain qualities like kindness,
Authenticity,
Generosity.
Those who are willing to selflessly serve.
Those who are prosperous through the people in their lives,
The relationships,
Family,
Friends,
Loved ones.
Relationships where they are encouraged,
Allowed to be themselves,
Allowed to be the best versions of themselves.
Those who are prosperous through abundance,
Through wealth,
Through life's riches,
Be it material or energetic.
Those who experience wealth,
Experience luxury,
Abundance.
Those who are prosperous through health and vitality,
Energy.
Those who are able to create and co-create continuously.
And in this space you begin to understand your own level of prosperity through a new perspective.
Recognizing the ways in which you are already prosperous.
And now as the lights begin to dim,
Preparing to experience prosperity where in the past you may have experienced a certain life.
As the lights begin to dim,
A screen appears.
And on the screen you see yourself sitting.
In this crowd you see yourself.
Light shining on you as you get invited to jump into the screen,
To take yourself off.
Beautiful imagination imagining that you're on top of a beautiful mountain.
All around you,
You can see things in the distance.
They look small,
Almost insignificant.
As you claim your space on top of the world.
The highest peak,
So high maybe the clouds are forming around you.
On this screen you see yourself in a beautiful space.
With the mountain looking across the horizon.
Knowing that you are supported and encouraged by those around you.
Who are experiencing this journey through you.
With you.
Part of you.
On this journey become aware.
Peace flowing through every cell in your body.
Starting with your heart.
Flowing all the way through your body down.
All the way up.
When there is peace in our hearts,
We are able to bring into our lives.
The energy of creativity.
With peace in our hearts we are able to bring into our lives.
The energy of creativity.
It is through creativity we are able to experience.
A raising of our consciousness.
To recognize that creativity is the art.
Bringing to life something out of nothing.
True prosperity is that recognition.
True prosperity is the recognition.
Of where we are.
What we have.
And where we would like to be.
As you look across the horizon.
Feel a beautiful energy.
A spirit guide sitting.
To the left of you.
A beautiful guide.
Who is here to help you raise your consciousness.
To attract abundance.
Love,
Connection.
True prosperity.
Sharing with this guide.
What you are grateful for.
The ways in which you are truly abundant.
Truly prosperous.
The qualities you have.
The people.
The skills,
The talents.
The energy.
Genuine awareness and appreciation of all.
That you are all that you have.
And here on top of this mountain.
Amplifying who you are,
What you have.
What is already yours.
Through gratitude and appreciation.
As your heart receives the truth of who you are.
Now sharing with this beautiful guide.
This divine guide.
The spaces and places within you.
Where you would like to create.
A greater abundance.
Be it qualities of spirit,
Be it love,
Be it connection.
Be it wealth,
Be it abundance.
The physical material nature.
True prosperity is a part of your nature.
And it is fully animated when we live a life.
Of inspired creativity.
An awareness that you are the source of all that you need.
It is all within you.
You have the power to create that.
Which your heart desires.
By activating the energy,
The frequency of gratitude.
Inviting.
The energy of creation.
Creativity.
And intelligence to bring into your life.
That which you are now ready to create and co-create.
Allowing this beautiful divine guide.
To infuse you.
With light,
Feeling the light entering your crown chakra.
Through the centre of your head.
All the way down the centre of your body.
Aligning your mind,
Your body,
Your heart.
To your conscious choice.
To create abundance.
In specific spaces and places within you.
Feel the energy flowing.
Gently down.
Like air flowing up and out.
Liquid gold flowing in and out.
Air flowing up and out.
Liquid gold flowing down.
Animating every cell in your body with the truth.
That honours what is within your heart.
What you have yet to create.
There is no such thing as lack.
What we experience as lack is simply that.
Which we have not tapped into.
Tapping into that now.
Tapping into.
Where you might have thought you were experiencing lack.
Bringing abundance and creation into that space.
And as you feel this energy continuing to flow in.
And down and up and out.
Creating space for something new by letting go of any fear,
Doubt,
Insecurity.
Replacing it with trust.
Truth and confidence.
The flow of love.
Inhabiting the spaces and places where there might have been lack.
And as you sit on top of the mountain with love and gratitude to this divine being.
Fulfilling your heart with truth.
Prosperity with abundance.
Being joined by those who are on the journey with you on top of the mountain.
As they have all gone through their own experiences.
Uniting and amplifying your united intentions.
Amplifying your united intention.
To create prosperity within yourself.
For yourself and for those around you.
Because prosperity is your true nature.
You are gifted and full of grace.
You are here to be part of the collective consciousness.
As you raise your consciousness to receive more.
To give more.
You add to this unity consciousness of abundance.
Prosperity.
Wholeness.
You are invited to serve and nourish life as part of life.
The universe is here to fully support you in manifesting.
This abundance.

You are enough.

The truth of who you are.
Creators and co-creators.
Of all that you need.
All that you desire.
All that you are here to give and receive.
The lights are bright looking around and really connecting with the people around you.
Connecting with their journey as well as yours.
Walking around connecting with some of the people.
Either shaking their hands.
Giving them a hug,
A smile,
A compliment.
Receiving.
Shaking of your hand.
Receiving a hug,
A smile,
A compliment.
Feeling energized.
Feeling love.
As you all appreciate each other.
Love and gratitude to each person.
Love and gratitude for yourself.
As you make your way back out of the arena through that single green door.
As you walk through the door.
Genuine love and gratitude.
For yourself.
For being here.
As you find yourself in your own space.
With your eyes closed gently beginning to move.
Breathing in and out with your eyes closed.
Beautiful intention to create and co-create that which you desire.
As you find yourself in your space gently.
Opening your eyes fully grounded in the present as your feet touch the floor.
