Let's take a look at The Hero's Journey,

Part 2.

The fact that you are born makes you the hero.

It is called the departure or the separation,

Where the hero leaves the familiar world of the one soul,

Of the one mind,

Of God of Source.

You bring yourself into the human form,

And you begin your hero's normal life,

Into the ordinary world,

Called to the adventure,

Despite the events that disrupt your world.

Many times there is the refusal of the call,

The hero hesitates,

And then there's the meeting of the mentors,

Where the hero gets guidance through lessons and hardship.

And then crossing the threshold,

The hero enters the special world that they birthed themselves into.

As difficult as this is for many people to understand,

You will learn lessons from everyone and anyone and all experiences,

On a global platform and interpersonal,

From your parents to your friends to your partners and children.

Enjoying and understanding this hero's journey is the refusal,

At times,

Of the call.

Because this is not fun.

These learning,

Meeting mentors,

Often negative mentors that teach us negative lessons of who you do not want to be,

What is against your value system,

What doesn't ring true to you.

In essence,

This is how you discover who you are,

In opposition to what is.

So as you cross that threshold,

Think of yourself as a hero in an ordinary world,

That you designed for yourself,

And the changes that you will make on a personal level,

That will have a ripple effect on the world around you.

Part 2,

We will talk about the initiation,

Where the hero faces challenges in the unknown world.

Namaste.
