So before we begin,
I would love to ask you,
What is your intention for today?
What is your intention for this moment that you're taking for yourself right now?
And if you want,
You can pause the audio to think about this.
Okay,
Now when you're ready,
Just sit or lay down and make sure you are comfortable.
Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.
Allow yourself to settle into a state of comfort and relaxation,
Knowing that this is something that you do not need to do consciously,
But you can just let it happen for you.
So just take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,
I want you to imagine that there is a healing light hovering just above your head.
See,
Notice how it moves further down from your scalp towards your eyebrows,
Your left eyebrow,
Your right eyebrow,
Your nose,
Your cheeks.
Your jaw is relaxing more.
Your right ear and your left ear,
Your neck muscles,
The right shoulder and the left shoulder.
And you see how this light is moving towards your right arm,
The right upper arm.
Right elbow,
Right lower arm,
The right thumb,
The index finger,
The middle finger,
The ring finger,
The little finger.
And just see how this light moves towards your left arm,
The upper arm,
The elbow,
The lower arm,
The left thumb,
The left index finger,
The middle finger,
The ring finger,
The little finger.
And just see how this light is moving towards your chest,
The upper back,
The middle of the back,
The lower back,
The stomach area,
Towards your hips,
Towards your knees,
The shins but also the calves,
Towards your right foot,
As well as the left foot.
And as the healing light is slowly leaving your body,
I want you to take a moment to think about your intention,
Knowing that there is no right or wrong intention,
And that your intention is safe here.
Okay,
And forget for a moment about your intention and just take a deep breath in,
Breathe out.
I want you to see yourself in a cozy,
Safe space,
Your sanctuary.
It could be a warm room with candlelight,
A quiet corner,
Or anywhere that feels completely safe for you,
Calm.
And just notice the light,
The sounds,
The textures around you.
Take a look around,
Walk around to get to know the space fully,
Knowing that you're completely protected and safe here.
And somewhere in this space,
There's a doorway,
A doorway that leads you to a completely new place,
A place that will make you feel at ease,
Safe,
As your subconscious mind has left a symbol for you there,
A symbol that will give you insights,
Insights regarding the intention that you set at the beginning of this audio.
It might give you an answer to a question that you have,
Or it might give you other insights that you can use in this moment of your life,
In this phase of your life.
So in a moment,
There will be an opening in this beautiful sanctuary where you are right now.
And that's right,
This life is a sanctuary.
This opening will lead you to another room,
Another place where your subconscious mind has left a symbol for you to fulfill your intention for today,
To give you insights around your intention.
So take a look around and see what you see.
See where is the doorway that leads to this other place.
And perhaps you are curious about the symbol that you will receive from your subconscious mind.
And the more curious you are,
The deeper you relax,
And the deeper you relax,
The more vivid the symbol will become in a moment.
So now you're looking at the doorway.
Just see what the doorway looks like.
Is it small or big?
Does it have any colors?
No,
OK.

You walk towards the doorway.

And 5,
You're walking through the doorway.

8,
And 9,
As I click with my fingers,
You're moving now through the doorway.
And you are arriving in this new special place,
The place where your subconscious mind has left this symbol for you.
And see how the symbol looks like that your subconscious mind has left for you in this place.
What does the symbol look like?
Is it floating or is it maybe standing still?
What shape does it have?
What does it represent for you?
What does it want to tell you?
And I'm wondering what your subconscious mind is showing you.
What are you supposed to learn from this symbol?
What is this symbol trying to tell you?
What is the meaning of this symbol for you?
What is the highest intention?
Now,
In a moment,
I will count you back to this moment.
So you can feel relaxed,
Refreshed,
Ready to implement and to integrate your beautiful insight or insights.
So on the count of five,
Just move your fingers and toes.
On the count of four,
Become aware of the surface beneath you.
Maybe feel how your feet are touching the ground or how your clothing is touching your skin.
On the count of three,
Become aware of three sounds that you're hearing right now.
And on the count of two,
Become aware of two smells.
And on the count of one,
Notice one thing that you're grateful for.
Or maybe one thing that you're proud of.
Okay,
Very good.
Now,
When you're ready,
But only when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and slowly come back to this moment feeling refreshed,
Feeling energized.
And if you need more time for yourself,
Just take a moment just for you to sit down and to be in silence.
