Sit comfortably with your legs uncrossed and your arms relaxed,

If it's safe to do so,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

As you breathe out,

Feel yourself relaxing.

With every breath,

You become more relaxed,

More peaceful.

As you breathe out,

A sense of complete physical relaxation takes hold.

You release all the tension in your body.

Take a deep breath.

As you exhale,

Enter a state of complete mental relaxation.

Put all of your worries aside,

Put them safe and sound in a box,

Ready for you to return to whenever you need them,

But for the moment.

Take another deep breath.

As you exhale,

Bring yourself to your deepest,

Truest center,

Right down to your core.

Bring yourself home.

To help you enter a deeper,

More relaxed state of mind,

I'm going to count down from ten to one.

As you do,

You will go deeper and deeper,

More relaxed and inward toward your center to a pleasant,

Relaxed state of mind.

Ten,

Nine,

Eight,

Seven,

Deeper and deeper,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Deeper still,

Three,

Two,

You are now at a pleasant,

Healthier level of mind,

Where you're able to completely concentrate on my words.

You are now and always in complete control,

You're safe.

You can open your eyes and be awake at any point,

If the need arises.

Every time you enter this state,

Realize that you are always improving.

Now mentally repeat after me,

Every day,

In every way,

I am getting better and better.

I make decisions that are good for me.

Negative thoughts and negative suggestions have no impact on me.

I am loved and I am loved.

Now relax deeper.

Relax your mouth.

Relax your cheeks,

The muscles around the eyes.

Relax your neck.

Relax your shoulders.

Feel the tension leave your arms and your hands.

Feel pace in your chest,

In your belly.

Relax your hips,

Your thighs.

Relax your legs and your feet.

Picture yourself relaxed.

Feel yourself completely at ease.

Some choices in life are very clear,

While others can feel more like a guess.

When you're completely relaxed,

Like you are right now,

You're able to make choices that are more fitting for you.

When you're connected to your center,

To your core,

Decisions become much clearer.

Relax.

When you are relaxed,

Like you are right now,

You become inspired.

You can see a clearer picture of where you want to be and how you need to get there.

Imagine you are standing in front of a magnificent door.

Notice what it's made of.

Notice how big it is,

The color.

How the light hits it,

Just so.

Step up to it and feel the surface of the door.

Notice that the door feels powerful,

That it feels right.

In the infinite,

There are infinite versions of yourself,

More or less healthy,

Happy or successful.

Anything you dream of,

There is a version of you out there in the infinite that has done it or has it,

Whatever it is.

Because we are all energy,

We each have a vibration,

A frequency and a rhythm,

An energetic signature.

When you meet another version of yourself,

You can bring their signature into your own.

This door,

This doorway that you're standing in front of is able to open into infinite alternative versions of this world,

Where there are infinite versions of you.

By bringing in another rhythm,

Another signature frequency,

You don't lose anything of yourself.

You are able to simply shift the balance of qualities and we all have every quality.

Love,

Hate,

Pride,

Humility,

Shame,

Anger,

Peace,

Confidence and so on.

You're able to shift these qualities,

Rebalance them in any way that we wish.

Take a deep breath and relax.

On the other side of this door is one of the versions of yourself that you need right now.

Healthy,

Calm,

Successful,

A version of yourself that has the career of your dreams,

The relationship and the partner of your dreams,

The family of your dreams,

The body of your dreams,

All the parts that build your dream life.

The version that you'll find on the other side of this door has built that life and they manage all of the bits,

All of the pieces that make that life with ease and grace.

You are going to step through the door.

You are going to meet this version of yourself.

Get ready to open the door in three,

Two,

One.

At your touch,

The door opens smoothly and you step through.

Observe this other version of yourself.

Watch them move through the day.

See how they carry themselves.

How do they stand?

Are they tense or are they relaxed?

See how they make decisions.

Listen to their mental process.

Who are they thinking of?

Do they think just of themselves,

Just of their families,

Just of their colleagues?

What is the blend?

Where is the focus?

What emotions do they bring to the decision making?

How long do they take to make these decisions?

How much time do they deliberate before they decide on the outcome?

Notice them coming to a quiet moment in the day.

Now step up to this other version of yourself.

Place your hand on their shoulder.

Look them in the face.

Look them in the eye.

In this moment,

Anything that they know,

You can know this too.

Any knowledge that they have is yours.

Notice that as you gain this new knowledge,

It's not really new.

It's more of a remembering,

A reminder of what is.

Feel what emotions are coming from this other version of you.

Notice the love,

The confidence,

The peace that this other version of you feels and lives every day.

Now step closer and embrace yourself.

As you embrace yourself,

Feel the peace,

The joy,

The love.

Feel the energy flowing between the two of you.

Notice that as you feel this feeling,

As you notice the nuances in their energetic signature,

That you can bring these frequencies into your own and as you do the other version of yourself becomes you and neither of you are lost.

You are both more than when you first came in.

I'm going to count to three and then you'll be back on our side of the door.

Two,

Three,

Back on our side of the door now.

Deep breath and enjoy this moment of peace.

You'll feel better than before,

More awake,

Full of energy.

Just like you've had the right amount of sleep.

Two,

Coming up slowly,

Three,

Feeling movement in your fingers,

In your toes and five,

Opening your eyes wide awake now,

Feeling wonderful,

Feeling energized.
