Permission To Be You

Today I'm doing something different in this podcast episode.

It's episode 82 and numerologically speaking,

82 is a one.

So that's a new beginning.

You may not even notice that anything is different.

From my perspective,

It's different.

And this is because I don't know the title of this podcast episode yet,

And I have no notes written.

So normally I get the episode title.

Like I say,

Yes,

That's what I want to talk about.

I write it down and then I jot down a few points,

A few notes that I'd like to remember to mention during the podcast.

So it gives me a little bit of guidance.

I just sat down to do that.

I did a very short meditation.

I did my little receiving ritual that I do in the morning,

Drew a couple of cards and then grabbed my notebook and I had this idea that I wanted to talk about.

What was the title?

I had a rough title of Permission to be You.

Now I may still call it this,

But as I sat down and wrote that title,

Then I just thought,

Ah,

I'm not sure that I want to call it that,

That doesn't feel quite right.

And then I was like,

What do I want to talk about today?

And all this inspiration came to me,

But it wasn't like points that I could put down to give me guidance.

And I just went,

It's not working.

It's not working.

I'm not even sure what I want to talk about with you today.

But then I know at a very deep level,

Exactly what I want to talk about with you today.

I just don't know how to put it into a context.

So the framework was thrown out the window,

The title I'll come up with afterwards.

Right now,

I really just want to have a heart to heart with you.

I mean,

We always have heart to hearts,

Don't we?

But this feels like it really is coming through from my heart.

And my mind is stepping aside for the recording of this episode today.

I'm having some profound shifts in my life at the moment.

And I speak to you about this as it happens,

But the last week in particular,

There is so much moving within me energetically.

I mean,

We're energy beings,

Aren't we?

So of course it's moving energetically,

But the shifts are huge.

And I feel that a large part of this is coming from the Illuminate Your Soul Path sessions that I've been offering.

They are lighting me up unbelievably.

I am in a whole new space and even like I'm in a whole new space in the sessions.

And the sessions overall are moving me into a whole new energetic space in the rest of my life.

It's like I'm coming home.

My heart is like,

This is home.

So doing these sessions is not only bringing me home,

What it's doing is supporting me to find my tone.

And this is a concept that was introduced to me last night with a video I was watching.

It was recommended by one of my beautiful playground ladies.

She sent me the link.

And I watched this interview with Zach Bush and so much of what he said in that interview was what I've been describing in my communion with the earth,

In my relationship with the earth,

In my relationship with myself,

But he put it in a much more poetic way.

He has a beautiful eloquence and I highly recommend you check him out.

But when he came up with this description that each of us has a tone,

Every part of me reverberated with that.

And it's exactly what I'm saying.

He's saying the same thing as what I'm saying to you all the time.

When I talk about you being your truth,

Finding your authenticity,

Finding your authentic voice,

Or not even finding,

Remembering your authentic voice.

This is what I'm talking to over and over again.

But having been a sound healer,

And I guess I can't really say having been because I suppose I am still a sound healer.

I just don't use that modality,

That tool anymore,

But understanding the power of sound,

As soon as he said,

We each have a tone,

All of me just went,

Yes.

That is what we are searching for.

We are peeling back the layers to find our true tone,

Our true vibrational frequency,

And each of us has a different tone,

But here's the thing that really got me,

Because of course you've heard me talking about your vibration is what it attracts in your clients.

And depending on the vibration you're emitting,

Depends on the people who are drawn to you in your personal life.

And in your business,

But the way he described it with this tone,

It's about your tone being in harmony with the tone of others.

And when your tone is in harmony with another's tone,

That's when you are attracted together.

How beautiful is that?

And so this is the way you are showing up in business as your tone.

Finding your tone,

Remembering your tone,

Getting clarity by stripping back the layers and the conditioning to allow your tone to be as pure as possible.

As I speak to this,

I have tears in my eyes.

This feels so true for me.

And I feel so grateful to the people who have been so supportive of me.

I feel so grateful to this man for allowing me to see what I've been talking about in a new perspective that feels so aligned with my tone.

His tone and my tone are in harmony right now.

And it was also beautiful to receive the gift of this video from one of my clients who knew that there was something in this for me.

This is what our business tribe is all about.

We are moving into a harmony together.

And I can tell that when I'm on our playground calls,

All the beautiful women in that group,

We are in harmony together.

And by holding that harmony for each other,

We allow ourselves to move into a tone,

To move more into our truth.

And this is a part of our business being in our life.

We are in a harmony with our business.

And when we're in a harmony with our business,

So everything I share with you about business is to help you remember your tone and to enable the expression of your business's tone,

It's true tone.

And for you to be in harmony with your business and in that harmony,

The power that you generate,

The energy that you and your business generate is way more than your tone alone or your business's tone alone.

And here's the thing,

You have gone into business.

You have created your business as a part of you becoming truer to your tone so that you can move closer to helping others find their tone.

Whether that is through the services you're providing,

The goods you're providing,

However your business serves the world.

But here's what makes your business and the business of everyone who is listening to me,

Who is in tone with me,

Shall we say.

The difference between you and many other businesses built on the old paradigm is that you are creating a business of the new age,

Of the new paradigm,

Of the new earth,

However you want to refer to it.

But it's a business aligned with your tone.

It's an expression of your tone.

The old business world was not like this.

And those of you creating businesses now or who have been creating businesses for a while or you're just thinking about creating a business,

It is because you are setting the tone for the new earth.

We are the bridges into the new earth,

Into the new way of being.

And we are creating these businesses because we have decided it is time to remember,

To listen to our tone.

Why do so many of us struggle when we are in institutions,

If we're working for institutions or large organisations?

Because in that scenario,

In most cases,

Our tone doesn't matter.

Our tone is dulled.

We cannot hear our tone.

We are marching to the beat of this bigger organisation,

Whether it's aligned with our tone or not.

And we can't do it anymore.

And this is going to become harder and harder to do.

If you are still in that situation,

Yet you are listening to me,

You are going to find it more difficult to remain moving to the beat of another instead of hearing your own tone and finding the tribe that supports that tone,

That's in harmony with that tone.

In many ways,

You could say your purpose,

Your mission here in this life is to be your tone,

To embrace your tone.

That is the vibration of your soul.

It's so interesting that on the weekend,

I had the title of this podcast episode,

Permission to be You.

It just dropped into my head after watching a couple of things on YouTube.

And I thought,

Yes,

That's what I want to talk about.

And I had written that down with the aim to actually talk about what I'm talking about.

It's just I got this whole new perspective on it last night.

I mean,

Isn't that how everything happens?

It's like we set the intention and then suddenly everything around us,

If we're open to receiving it,

Comes in to support us in that intention and sometimes brings us new perspectives to include in that.

This is the way we're living our life.

This is the ease that I talk about in the new business paradigm.

This is the ease.

It's like intention set,

Boom,

It comes in to support us.

So permission to be you.

I give you permission to be fully you,

To be your tone,

To show up with your business in your true tone.

So stop looking around at everyone else.

Stop hiding parts of your stuff.

Stop thinking parts of you,

Your truth,

The parts of your tone are not good enough.

They're you and they're wanting to be expressed.

Every part of you is yearning to be expressed.

And it's only with this expression,

Will you truly be your tone?

What are you afraid of?

Like really,

What are you afraid of?

Your soul chose this path for you.

It chose for you to have certain attributes.

The people that would come across your path,

Your soul chose this.

Every part of you was decided before you came here.

Why would you hide it?

You've come here to share your light with this planet.

And by this planet,

I don't mean just the other humans.

I mean with everything on this planet,

With nature,

With the animals and then beyond the planet with the galaxies.

Everything you are here incarnate to share your light with all of that,

To vibrate your tone.

It is magnificent.

You are magnificent.

You are magnificent.

And your business is here not only to help you magnify your tone,

But to attract in those in the world who will be in harmony with you.

Whoever or whatever is being called in to support you in your soul expression.

And at the end of the day,

Everything that I talk about on this podcast in relation to business is about supporting you to find your tone,

To embrace your tone and for that tone to be magnified through your business.

We truly are co-creating a new world.

It is happening at lightning speed now.

And although it may not be apparent yet in your 3D world,

It's happening.

And the more you allow your tone,

The more you will see it happening in your external environment.

Now there is one thing that I have been personally focusing on since it was brought into my awareness at the retreat I was on at Easter time.

And that is tuning in to the sound that I can hear in my ears.

It's not so much my physical ears.

It's like a vibration.

It's the way many people would describe tinnitus.

And I believe that that's because in actual fact,

It's people hearing the sound of the cosmos.

So I have been tuning into this sound because I can hear it.

I can hear it all the time.

I can,

I'm very aware of it as I'm recording right now.

I can hear it.

But I have been tuning into this more because this is my ear to the cosmos.

This is my tone.

And the more I have brought it into my awareness,

The louder it's becoming.

But I don't see it as a hindrance.

I don't see it as something to get rid of.

I see it or I hear it as a sign that I am tuning more and more into my tone.

And as I tune more into that,

I embody my tone more.

So I suggest you sit with that.

You can sit in meditation and listen.

You might listen as you go to sleep.

Just tune in to that noise.

At first you might find it difficult to hear.

It's a vibration.

Noise is sort of not the nicest word way to describe it,

But it's a vibration.

Tune into it and know that you are hearing the cosmos through that.

You are hearing your tone through that.

It's truly beautiful.

And it reminds you of your soul essence.

It's connecting you in with your soul,

With the guidance from your soul.

Now I recognize that I've gone a little bit all over the place today and I'm not sure if it even made sense.

I guess when I go back to editing it,

I will discover if this has made sense.

If I've actually shared anything worthy with you,

I'm not sure.

But you got a little peek into the workings of my mind,

Shall we say,

And my life at the moment because this is just so strong for me.

As I say,

I feel like it's been doing the Illuminate Your Soul Path sessions that is awakening me to new perspectives and new ways of being in my business.

So anyway,

I think it's time for me to wind up now.

I could just keep rolling,

But you've probably heard enough.
