All of the teachings of the Buddha are contained in the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum.The purpose of this album is to raise collective vibrational frequency. Each song is five minutes. The tempo is one beat per second. The bell rings every four seconds. Listen for the bell, when you hear it, inhale. When you hear it again, exhale. These songs tell the story of the five elements. The ancient masters observed recurring patterns in nature, medicine, music, human affairs, and other parts of nature and life’s expression. They categorized these observations into the five phases, or elements. Each one has its own attributes, tendencies, strengths, and weaknesses. When you listen in order, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal Water, Qi you will subcousciously learn their patterns and meaning, since the language is music and not words. Wood: Om, sprouting upwards Fire: Ma, rising and dispersing Earth: Ni, centered and sweet Qi: Pad, Purple Metal: Me, Splitting, falling Water: Hum, Flowing downward

I love to listen to this when I am practicing box breathing because the bells are so helpful for the timing. Earth is my favorite. Beautiful. Thank you! ❤️

Wonderful! Thank you Jason for your explanation: very clear, helpful and interesting. Just to let you know (but maybe you already know :) some of your songs are not working: it says " data not found". Don't know if it's my device, maybe. Thank you very much, Namaste 🙏❤️🙏

I so enjoy these pieces of music! I hope u sort the files out for fire and metal so we can listen to those too. 🙏💜 Ps. Jason, thanks for letting me know where to get them. Why were the tracks deleted from IT after publication?? I listened to them when first came out, and “data not found” now

I loved the movement in this piece. I was inspired to slowly move my head and arms in time with the breathing. I wasn’t expecting that, but really felt almost called to do it. I loved this meditation and will return to it. Thank you for this beautiful arrangement. 🎶 🙏🧘🏻‍♀️
