Welcome to your meditation.
Make sure that you're sitting comfortably with your spine straight.
Just roll your shoulders up towards your ears and relax the shoulder blades down your back.
Making space around your neck and your head.
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.
Watch the breath as it gently flows in and out of your body.
And notice how your breath is flowing for you this morning.
Is it fast or is it slow?
Does it flow into your chest or into your belly or into another part of your body?
As the breath flows in and out,
Take a moment to welcome some of your first breaths of today.
The air filling your body with fresh prana,
Life force energy.
Every breath oxygenating your cells,
Filling your body with energy and vitality for the day ahead.
Now move your awareness to your eyebrow center.
And with the awareness at the eyebrow center,
Just become aware of the morning sun rising in the sky.
And picture those rays of morning sunlight beaming into your eyebrow center.
Welcome the light of the sun to your eyebrow center,
Awakening your mind for today.
Filling your mind with energy and radiance.
Now move your awareness to the throat and welcome the morning sunlight into your throat.
Energizing your voice,
Activating your power of expression.
And as we journey around the body,
Welcome the morning sunlight into every point.
Move the awareness to the right shoulder and welcome the morning sunlight onto the right shoulder.
The right elbow.
The right knee.
The right wrist.
The tip of the right hand thumb.
The tip of the right index finger.
The tip of the right middle finger.
The tip of the right ring finger.
The tip of the right little finger.
The right wrist.
The right elbow.
The right shoulder.
The left shoulder.

Welcome the morning sunlight onto the top of the head.
And the whole of the body.
Morning sunlight bathes the whole of the body.
Energising the body.
Filling you with enthusiasm,
Light and joy for your day ahead.
I am healthy,
Energised and filled with vitality.
I make time to appreciate the small gift that life brings me at every moment.
I joyfully move through my day.
I take inspired action.
I am motivated and focused.
I make a valuable contribution to the lives of others.
I welcome new ideas and new perspectives.
I enjoy trying new things.
I am grateful for all of the wonderful people in my life.
I follow my curiosity.
I prioritise my health and wellbeing.
I work hard to make a difference in the world.
I embrace my creativity.

Energised and inspired.
See yourself living today at your happiest,
Healthiest and most radiant.
And now slowly begin to turn your awareness back outward.
Feel the feeling of the air against your skin and perhaps the feeling of the morning sunlight on your skin.
Start to awaken your body making some movements with your fingers and your toes.
And when you're ready slowly open your eyes to return to your day.
