Welcome to another talk about spiritual development and rising to your highest self.
My name is John Keppel and I will be your teacher for the next short while.
These talks are contemplative talks to open your mind and heart and to help keep them open as time moves on.
They are meant to connect you to something deeper inside of yourself that can put you in touch with the ultimate self of the world in which we all share.
Inside at the deepest levels we are all one and knowing this in our everyday life helps us to see more clearly our impact on the world around us and to process experiences as they happen in real time and later as reflection.
These talks are a part of a more comprehensive spiritual practice that may include activities such as affirmations,
Prayers,
Visualizations,
Various manifesting techniques,
Journaling,
Meditations,
Mindfulness practices,
And much more that help us to realize our full potential and connect with our highest selves in the world as our lives are lived.

Take this time to get reacquainted with yourself through these words that I speak.
This talk is meant to be conducive to sparking,
Illuminating,
And expanding an understanding and direct experience of the self.
The self with a capital S is the being of all reality.
It is a point at which our own individual consciousness merges with the collective consciousness of all to find that nexus point of unity and again illumination.
As I make this talk,
I trust in myself to channel the wisdom that is meant to come through me and open up to something bigger than myself to facilitate something bigger to come through.
I encourage you to find that place within yourself also that will allow you to listen with that part of you that is connected to something bigger.
In this way we make space for the ultimate understanding to come through and heal us as we do.
I can feel that in the writing and speaking of these words and I wish that for you in the listening as well.
It is a deep surrender to what is.
That is important and worth saying again.
It is a deep surrender to what is.
The more you can do that,
The more you will find yourself in the moment as it arises,
For you and the moment at the core of all are one and the same.
Realizing this is the self-actualization that many teachers over the ages have spoken of.
It is an awakening of that point at which you are already the all in everything there is.
I can feel that power in reciting this to you now and I wish for you to experience that deep inner knowing and feeling of connection which I know is the result of truly hearing these words.
You have to hear with your inner ear,
With yourself,
Your soul,
Your inner knowing,
Your core,
Your absolute center and you will find that life itself is at that center in a way that transcends our own egoic understanding and experience,
Opening a way to peace,
Tranquility,
Love and knowing that will serve you every day you come back to it again and again as the days unfold.
You truly are already where eternity and infinity spring forth from in a beyond words nest that will give and already is everything in your experience at its base.
Tap into this through listening to contemplative talks such as this,
Doing meditation,
Mindfulness practices,
Journaling and so forth and you can continue to unlock and reveal that which is at your center of centers,
Your core of cores,
Rightly,
Responsibly,
Respectfully,
Reverently,

You are everything you need to be right here in the eternal infinite now that we all share.
