We can be so uncaring and disrespectful. So unkind when things don't match our belief systems. There's only one belief system and that's love, Kindness, Gratitude, Grace, Graciousness. There's only one system. It's funny how we've become so fragmented and so dispersed and filled with a disparity of contrast. We hate anger, Suspicion, So sad. That humanity has allowed itself to get into that place. We are here to make sure it doesn't get any worse. We're here to repair that, Aren't we? That's our job. The major shifts are coming in and they're coming in quicker than ever before if we can just get out the idea that it's hard work. When we try and participate, Your being knows that you are a peaceful being, Filled with love and grace, The very breath of the divine, And knows that that is what you're seeking. So, Of course, It's going to tune into that, And it's going to open up the space, Release all the pain points that we are holding onto. Don't be holding onto any of the stuff anymore. It must Go, My lovelies. Today we're going to talk about being brave and denial. So this is going to be a really good way for us to reconnect to that sense of letting go. Our stories are contaminating us in the most dreadful way. So let's play in that field, My treasures, Today as we connect and hold each other with so much love, Kindness, Grace. Can we do that? So nice, We're all in this space together. Let's claim it. Let's drop into the energy field. Whatever we can bring in to open, Uplift the vibration, May that be. So where you are right now in the space that you're holding that's holding you, Feel that connection. Let's take a deep breath in. Long slow out-breath. Feel yourself coming back right to your center. Imagine this to be your heart, Your solar plexus. Open after space the top of your crown. We imagine this beautiful light just pouring into this instrument, This human vehicle. This being. As we connect the highest vibration of light and love. We settle our body down. Ask your beautiful mind, Body, Being to be calm, To relax. Find yourself in this perfect place of grace. We open our hearts to each other. May we all find wellness and ease, Love, Light, Calmness. May we all find our paths now in a whole and a new way. There is a new way that's tapping upon the door of our consciousness. Trying to shake us awake. Hear it, Feel it. It's the calling of your heart. Let your heart and your soul respond by being in the space where you are and just opening up your heart like beaming light. Casting this light out ahead of you like a flashlight in the dark night. Calling in more and more light to you. This we see as a magnetic field. And we know that a magnet can attract. And it can also press away. Draw towards you all the love, Grace, Calm, Peace, Harmony, Kindness that you wish to have in your life. Imagine that you're drawing this towards you in the field you're creating now. Beautiful space of light and love my treasures. Can you be here? Can you open your heart? We ask our God's divine presence, The highest vibration of light and love be with us now. In whatever way each and every one of us. Will feel supported, Held, Heard, Uplifted. Healed. In whatever way our being can be restored, Refreshed, And revitalized. We ask for that. Please may that come in. So that we can continue this life journey. But not just managing and coping the way we have been doing. That we can now start to think about this as a new journey, Operating our mind, Body and our being in a whole, A whole and a new way. So that we come into an expansive state of awareness. Opening up our consciousness. Connecting into the collective field. Of light and love. Grace. And endless potential. So just be in that now, Feel the energy. Feel it all around you. Bring into your mind something that you would just so love to feel. What energy would you welcome towards you in the magnetic attraction of your heart? What would that be, My lovely? Imagine that your heart can just pull it in. Just pull that in. What would you say if you had a word? What would the feeling be? If there was a sound or a color or a picture. If it was a song. What would that be? Find the harmony that you're bringing in. And let it sit harmoniously within your own being. Connecting now. Not just something that we are idly wishing for. At reawakening the deepest memory within your being. Reawakening the magnificence of who you truly are. The embedded codes, The blueprints. Bring that in. Open it up. Open your heart. And here we are. In a space of deep peace, Allowing trusting. We open our hearts to every dear soul, Our families, Friends, Communities, Loved ones. May there be peace, Grace. Honesty and integrity upon this earth. May all corruption, Lies, Deceit, Manipulation just fall away. I imagine this possible and I know that we all feel that's a part of us that truly wants to step into that brave aspect of us. Is a part of us that knows how to be brave. That knows how to tap into our courage. Now more than ever, We're being asked to tap into that. Could you call upon all your courage, Your determination, Your strength. To call in something else. We open up our brave hearts. So that we can start to activate our bravery. Our courage, Our determination. We wonder what it is that we're being brave about. What are we moving towards? What are we seeking? Be very clear about what it is that you're seeking. Because if you're just seeking some little story over here or there that has no deep resonance, Soul resonance. It's just going to be more clatter in the field. Go deep my love, Take a deep breath in. Drop this even deeper. Down into your soul. What is your soul mission for being here? Everything that you are knowing and feeling, Crashing and colliding into is telling you precisely what you're here for. And we think that it's just a long list of our life in calamity. Managing, Hoping, And coping. But every single vibration that you're feeling, That is a vibration that is bubbling. Causing a distortion. Is asking you to fine tune it. We go wrong in the story. When we think we have to make an effort to make a change, To do something different, And then we get disheartened because our effort seems so helpless, So small and futile. And we feel discouraged and sad. I put my hand up, Both hands up for that. Deeply discouraged. Deeply sad. If we drop into that and we forget that we're brave, Courageous beings, It's so, So sad because our journey and everything that we're feeling in this journey is so that we can make that change. For us to become discouraged now. Or just to drop into denial and just say, Well, That's the way it is in life. That's how people are going to be. No, I don't agree with that. You can feel in your heart and soul when this behavior, This attitude, And this that is being delivered to us is this is just how we behave as humanity. And this is who we are as a collective. No, It's not. This is not who we are as a collective. That's why we find each other. We find each other in these beautiful platforms where there's consciousness awakening. Where we are seeking and longing for something else. No coincidence that there are 36 million people hopping onto Insight Tama at any part of the day. Why would we do that? Why would we even bother? It's because we hear the calling. There is something calling us. Wake up. Wake up my treasures. Wake up before we have let it go too far. We've almost done that. Come into the space with your heart and your soul. Tap back into the part of you that is so brave, Courageous, And determined. That even when we're feeling the pain, The sadness, The despondency, There's a part of us that knows something else. That my loves, We've got to be brave enough to bring it forth. The bringing forth of it is not a great big ta-rum-ta-rah and screaming at the people around us to adjust and become. It is simply us holding that energy. And it goes even simpler than that. It's agreeing with our own being that we are the one that can bring this difference in. Make a difference because we are different. Just agree with your being that you being here is significant. Can you do that right now? Could you stop everything that you're doing and imprint that through your body into the earth where you're standing and mark this moment? Like they do in that beautiful Sedona and around the world. I see so many places down here where I'm at the beach. Mark the moment. Mark it with your heart and soul. If you're somewhere out in nature. Or next time you go, Do this little exercise and print this frequency in. Create something. A little monument, A heap of stones perhaps. Crystal, A beautiful leaf of flower. Imprint a new note, Something that says, We are beings that care immensely. We love each other no matter what, No matter who we are and how we're showing up. No matter how we've been brought up. And no matter where and what is coming to our life. We know how to love each other. We are a species that is so beautiful and so unique. And we're in a world that is so beautiful and so unique. This little dot of blue in the dark expanse of space. When the astronauts who are up there for such a long time in the dark, Darkness of that endless space. Look down upon this earth and see this little blue gem. They have a special name for it and I can't remember what that is, But they are forever changed. Because we see the gem, The value. Of this life, This earth, This gift of a journey. I wonder why we were given this place to be. I wonder why this is where we have the option to either become who we're truly meant to be. Or just to submit into the story that is being told to us. Such a lie, Such a deception, Such a huge manipulation. We do feel helpless. But there's one thing that cannot be switched off. And that's your heart and your soul, Your deep longing and desiring. That is the engine that amplifies your heart. And the beating heart is a signal, A pulse that we're still alive. We're still seeking. We're still transmitting. We're choosing. If you can stay inside of this pulse, This frequency. You won't get it. You'll be able to transmit it. As soon as you go out and you want it to be different around you so that you can create that pulse, That vibration. As soon as you do that, You've given it away. You've broken the connection. Keep the connection in you. There's that one switch. Agree that you are here on time. As a magnificent being of light and love. Holding a unique code in your sovereign being. That holds a design, A pulse. A vibrational frequency that nobody could ever be or do or emulate. You are the holder of something that is so incredible. And all we have to do to let that be truthful within us without any little ruptures, Any doubt, Any denials, Games, Deflections. Is to agree with your own being. Back. Agree with you. That this is who I am. Stop playing in the world of I must accumulate this, I must get this accreditation, I must get this little signal, This little story, This little piece of paper. No, No, No, No. Come back to you. You're giving your magic away. Come back to you. You are holding it all ready. You are that all ready. Probably I have to say this until my last breath. I'm really getting tired. Oh, I'm feeling so weary. And I wish for every single one of you. Do whole what I'm saying and hold it in your heart and soul and carry it into as many places as you can as quickly as you can. I implore you to do that. Everything that I give to you is just with one intention that we can create the shift that is waiting for us to create it. Everything I do is shareable. Don't feel like there's any restriction. I don't own anything. Everything is coming through. It's yours and it's mine at the same time. Please, Please connect, Share, Open, Whatever your gifts are, Whatever you can do. If you feel like, Well, There's nothing I can do, Well, You can hold the space of grace in the mace that is surrounding you. You hold that. You be an anchor of light, Kindness. Determination. Courage. Bravery. You hold that, Unwavering, Strongly. Formidable. In this form I'm so able. Formidable. Formidable. Don't you love that? Just hold your form, Remember who you are, And hold that energy. This is the gift we have. It's right here and it's in you and it doesn't rely on anything, Anyone around you for you to hold it. The wavering. Of that awareness. Is when we give our energy away. The manipulative games that have been created to tell you you are unworthy. And that you only have any validation at all if you play this outside game. Don't give your power away. You being here. It's such a unique and sovereign gift. It'll never be again. There will never, Ever again be you. Upon this earth at this time and this way. In that family, In that setting, In that environment. But those thoughts, Those gifts, No one can ever, Ever fold that, Only you. You have a little code blueprint. A little pixel in a hologram. And you must bring it and plug it in. And all it takes is for you to agree with you. The bravery that we are being asked to hold us with. Is to remember who you are. And stand within that even when it looks rocky. Turbulent, Crazy. Stop giving your energy away, My love. Please stop doing it. Come back into your sovereignty. Hold the space. We've got an incredible little window right now. If enough of us can do this, So you go and teach everybody you can to do this and then watch what happens. Something switches. And that is the something that we're waiting for. And we'll know it when we feel it, Because it will just expand through us, Into the space around us, And the entire collective field will shift. Can we please just create that shift? It's right inside of you. It is you and you holding it. It's the God code, The blueprint. So beautiful. You don't need to be anything other than you. So find your bravery and come right back to being brave about who you are in this world. It takes great courage to be here, Doesn't it? Gosh, It's challenging. But we came on a mission and we can do it and we're going to do it and we're going to complete it. We're all going to go, Phew, What a ride was that one. Jolly wonderful that we've had each other to help and remind each other about this. You go and remind and teach everybody how to do this. Please, My lovelies, Get on a mission with this and let it go as fast as it can. Can we take a deep breath in, My lovelies? And then a long, Slow out-breath. Relax, Relax into this moment. Just feel the connection of you. Hold yourself yet now. Be as strong as you can in the awareness of you. Even though your heart is this and that. Even though your thoughts might be there and here and all over the place. You are here. The pivotal time in the human journey. Let your pivotal, Poised position upon this earth. Be the most relevant gift that you can give. May it be that. So much love, Dear my treasures. Thank you for you and doing this journey.
