If you'd like to join me in visualizing stepping into your spiritual confidence,

Just take a moment to settle into your sacred space.

Invite a few deep breaths.

Close your eyes or softly gaze downward.

And feeling your body and mind begin to settle,

Just allow your breath to find its natural rhythm in this moment.

Now imagine you're standing atop a beautiful mountain high above the trees.

The view is breathtaking.

What do you notice from your mountaintop?

Perhaps there's a variety of colors,

Aromas,

A sensation on your skin.

What else do you notice as you take in this beauty?

On one side of the mountain you see the path that you've taken on this spiritual journey so far.

Take a moment to give thanks for your courage to explore,

To consistently show up for yourself.

What else would you like to acknowledge?

How have you benefited since being on this journey?

And in the near future what would you like to see for yourself?

From your personal mountaintop in the nearby distance you see another majestic peak soaring even higher into the sky in probably another awe-inspiring view.

And it's awaiting you when you're ready.

But for now celebrate the steps taken thus far.

And visualize these beautiful images fade into a white cloud of gratitude.

Silently ask yourself,

What am I grateful for?

What am I grateful for?

Letting go of questions and answers,

Just taking a few deep breaths.

Know that divine love is with you always,

On the peaks,

In the valleys,

And every step in between.

Give thanks for your journey each day.

And slowly begin to invite some movement in your body.

Slowly becoming aware of your surroundings in this present moment.

And when you're ready,

Just open your eyes.

If you feel compelled,

Jot down some messages or inspirations you'd like to remember from this meditation.

And thank you for being,

Being here.
