Soften your gaze or close the eyes if you'd like and give yourself permission to be here to dedicate this time to yourself and to honor the incredible person that you are,
Have been,
And are becoming.
Remember that there is nowhere else to be,
Nothing else to do,
Just be here in this moment.
Together we'll take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Let go of anything weighing on your heart or mind.
And do this again,
Big deep breath in through the nose,
Exhale slowly through the mouth,
Allowing yourself to soften into this moment,
Letting your breath bring you to a place of quiet stillness and deep connection within.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Check in with every part of your body,
Your skin,
Your muscles,
Your bones,
Maybe feel the rhythm of your heartbeat.
Your body has been with you through every experience you've had in life,
Holding you,
Carrying you forward,
Moving for you,
Breathing,
Enduring it all.
Take a moment to thank your body by whispering words of gratitude to it now,
Telling your body,
Thank you for being here for me.
Thank you for carrying me through life.
Thank you for your strength and resilience.

And feel love flowing into your body like a warm golden light,
Filling every cell with appreciation and kindness.
And now shift your awareness to your mind.
The brilliant,
Complex part of you that thinks,
Creates,
Dreams,
Problem-solves,

Your mind has sparked creativity,
Helped you solve problems,
Held beautiful memories and ideas for you.
Visualize your mind and how strong and incredible it is.
And offer a few words of gratitude to your mind.
