Place one or both hands gently over your heart and take a moment to slow down, feel and breathe. Let the soft music surround you, creating a sacred space to simply say thank you. Thank you for what is here, thank you for what has been, and thank you for what is yet to come. Allow waves of gratitude to rise naturally within you, or softly repeat the sweet mantra in your mind: Thank you. For a deeper and more immersive experience, listening with headphones is recommended.
