Morning meditation,
Awaken to your higher self.
Well good morning.
As the sun rises,
So does the opportunity for renewal.
Each morning is like a gentle reminder that life offers us a fresh canvas,
Untouched,
Unmarked,
And full of potential.
Take a moment to acknowledge the gift of this day.
Feel the subtle energy of the morning,
The stillness,
The promise,
The quiet anticipation.
This is a sacred time,
A bridge between rest and action,
Between the unconscious and the conscious.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Embrace the serenity that morning brings.
Now let's begin our journey inward,
Connecting with the essence of who you truly are.
Now find a comfortable position,
Whether it's sitting or lying down.
Ensure your spine is aligned with your body at ease.
And I would like for you to take this moment to gently close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Inhale slowly through your nose.
Fill the air.
Fill your lungs.
Exhale gently through your mouth.
Release any tension or stress.
Continue this breathing pattern.
Allow each breath to ground you further into the present moment.
With each inhale,
Invite in clarity and calm.
With each exhale,
Let go of the lingering thoughts,
The distractions.
Now bring your awareness to the space in between your eyebrows,
The third eye center.
Imagine a soft,
Warm light glowing in this area.
This light represents your inner wisdom and your higher self.
As you focus on this light,
Feel it expanding,
Illuminating your mind and guiding you in.
Visualize this light gently descending down to your heart center.
Begin to feel your heart open,
Receptive,
Full of love.
This is the seat of your higher conscious,
The part of you that is wise,
Compassionate,
And connected to all that is.
Allow yourself to merge with this light,
Becoming one with your higher self.
Feel the unity,
Feel the peace,
Feel the profound sense of knowing.
In this state of connection,
Ask yourself,
What is my intention today?
Listen quietly for the answer,
Trust the wisdom that arises.
Now,
Extend your awareness beyond yourself.
Feel the interconnectedness of all beings,

Recognize that you are a vital part of the whole,

Bring your attention back to your breath.
Inhale deeply through your nose and feel the vital life.
Hold it at the top as you breathe in.
Exhale gently with pressed lips,
And begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Being back into your body,
By beginning to slightly move,
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Carry with you the clarity and connection you've cultivated.
Understand,
As you move into your day,
Remember that the stillness,
The wisdom you've accessed,
And the unity you felt,
Let these experiences guide your actions,
Guide your thoughts,
And guide your interactions.
You are connected,
You are whole,
And you are ready to embrace the day with intention and grace.
