Since I was a young child,
I was so fascinated by mermaids.
I always loved the sea and the water in general,
And my mom used to call me a water rat,
Which is like kind of a cute word to say in German.
It's funny because I'm also born in the year of the rat,
And I feel very connected to the water,
So my mom must have known that,
Which I love about her.
Today I would love to share some mermaid wisdom with you.
So mermaids are known to live in the sea and to have this beautiful fish tail and a human body like upper body.
If they really do exist or not,
Will most likely forever be a mystery and a secret.
Yet for those who allow that energy to be true,
Deep deep wisdoms can be revealed and can be brought to them.
So as I mentioned before,
Like ever since I was a very young girl,
I loved mermaids.
I loved how they just played with the water,
How they were deeply connected to the sea,
To the ebbs and flows,
And just to the play of life,
To this flow of life,
To the change and to all the secrets,
But also darkness that life brings in the ocean.
And I was fascinated by that,
I was like,
Wow,
There's so much that we don't know about in this world and also in the oceans.
And it is such a beautiful metaphor for ourselves,
Like we are that ocean and like we're here to,
Like,
I believe we're here to fully remember who we are,
Like one part of our lives.
But the other hand,
We're just here to live and enjoy and live our happy human life and go through all the ups and downs and challenges with grace.
So I believe the mermaid brings together both parts,
Like the humanness and the divinity,
The being so human and being so divine at the same time,
Like life is both right here now.
And to me,
Mermaids bring these truths together.
So Rumi wrote this beautiful,
Beautiful,
Beautiful quote,
Or like,
I'm not sure if it's from a poem,
But I found it and it says,
You're not a drop in the ocean.
You are the entire ocean in a drop.
Listen to that again.
You're not a drop in the ocean.
You are the entire ocean in a drop.
How beautiful is that?
I think that explains it all.
I love it so deeply.
Thanks to Rumi for that.
So now that I shared my connection to mermaids and how I always felt like I belonged to the sea,
I'd also love to mention that I once went to a psychic and she looked at me and immediately she said,
You are from the oceans and you incarnated into this human reality now to bring back the wisdoms of the sea.
And in that moment,
I was like vibrating,
My whole body started to shake.
I started to cry and to love and to receive goosebumps.
It was just like,
Wow,
That must be true.
So thank you for being here and for allowing me to share this beautiful consciousness of one with you,
To share a little bit of that which I feel deeply connected to,
Which is also the ocean and that we all come from that one same source.
Thank you for being here and for allowing yourself to be seen.
I'm sending you already now so,
So much love and please remember you are so loved.
You're so loved by this life.
Maybe you needed to hear that today.
You are so loved by this life.
I'd love to share this beautiful poem in honoring the consciousness of one and the sacredness of mermaids,
The mystical,
Mystical myths and the wonders that these beings bring to our reality.
Beneath the waves where secrets hide,
A mermaid swims with the oceans tight.
Her spirit free,
Her heart glow in depth where only the wise can go.
She is the keeper of the sea,
A guardian of its mystery.
With every stroke,
She weaves a song of ancient truths that still belong.
Her voice is soft yet strong and clear,
A call to those who dare to hear.
The sacred tale of ocean's might,
Of hidden worlds beneath the night.
Her hair flows well like seaweed grain,
Her eyes reflect the ocean's sheen.
In her the moon and tides combine,
A magic born of the divine.
She knows the current's dark and light,
The secrets kept for human sight.
An airy pearl,
A story spun of love and loss and battles won.
The sea is her temple,
Vast and wide,
Where she communes with the shifting tide.
Her body dances with the waves,
A song of freedom that she craves.
Yet in her depth,
A heart so pure,
With airy swell,
She does endure.
The ebb and flow of life's great sea,
A sacred force that sets her free.
O mermaid of the waters deep,
In you the ocean's secrets sleep.
A symbol of the world untamed,
A sacred being yet unnamed.
So let us honour,
Let us see,
The wisdom in her mystery.
For in her depth,
The world is wide,
A sacred realm where dreams reside.
It makes me so happy to share this and to allow the mystery of the mermaid to be born within your being and your DNA now.
And if you do have the opportunity to swim in the sea or in a lake today,
Please do so and connect to the sacredness of the living waters.
And honour,
Pray for the living waters,
As it's the water that supports us to remember.
More so,
It is the water that we are,
That we belong to,
That we're made of.
So let's bless the water and find our way back home to ourselves and to unconditional love.
