Welcome to sing for your supper,
Or better still sing a meditation to enhance your energy system with my personal favourite mantras.
So this is a different kind of meditation,
So please grab a pen and paper and sit back whilst I introduce my explanation and introduction to get you singing.
Mantra means sacred utterance or words that embody the mantra into you.
Apart from their sound,
When we chant or sing them over and over to the magic number of 54 times or 108 times it becomes embodied in your energy system.
So a choice here,
But a rule also is to sing or chant them up to 54 times,
But if you have more time go for the 108 times.
Again both numbers embody that particular mantra into your energy system.
They are quite quick to do,
For I myself can sing each mantra within a minute.
Therefore you will need a counting device.
Here is choices,
Such as mandala beads that hold 108 loose beads for counting.
Or indeed anything will do.
I have made my own from a string of wool with 54 bubbles on it.
And when I sing or chant I run the whole thing through my fingers as I say each mantra word.
Thus I do not have to mentally count,
Because once I reach the end of my bubbles or a bead I have done it 54 times.
The beauty of these little mantras is they can unblock your entire energies and keep you on a positive,
High vibrational flow.
Everything indeed vibrates.
Sound is magical and healing.
They say the universe vibrates to the sound of AUM.
Therefore singing a mantra creates sound and sound vibrates to that mantra.
So these are my personal favourites,
The 7 chakra mantras.
All are very tiny single words,
Only 3 letters in each.
Simplicity and a great base for wonderful things to happen.
