The term “pratyahara” is composed of two Sanskrit words, "prati" and "ahara". “Ahara” means “food” or “anything we take into ourselves from the outside”. Let these sounds facilitate a journey of peace and bless your life. Let this music be a blessing to your journey within your sacred self. Pratyahara itself is termed as yoga, as it is the most important limb in yoga sadhana. —Swami Sivananda

Beautiful 🤩 however it did end abruptly for me too like another reviewer. Despite this it’s a wonder piece to use for meditation 🧘‍♀️🙏🏻

Lovely music, waves of sound that were not intrusive, helped my monkey mind to settle! Not sure about title though as I had to keep using my hearing sense.
