She had given away her power, piece by piece, hoping someone else would carry it for her. But now was the time to reclaim it—to gather strength from the rivers, mountains, and moonlight, and to remember who she has always been. This poem is a fierce and beautiful invitation to step fully into your power, knowing that your light has the power to heal far beyond yourself.

Now was the time to gather her power from all the places she had dropped it and hoped someone else might pick it up.

Now was the time to embrace her power from every fiber of her being and complete faith in the universe around her.

Now was the time to unleash her power from within the love of her heart and her authentic connection with others.

So she went to the rivers,

To the mountains and trees,

And she bowed down to their strength that reflected her own.

She stepped forward out of the darkness and all the way into the light,

Knowing it was her rightful home.

On her horse she galloped to the top of the highest peak and howled at the moon bathing in her glow.

Now was the time for her power to be freed.

And like glittering stars in the sky,

Her ancestors danced,

Knowing her power had the power to heal them all.
