Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Take a deep breath in and on the out breath just let go of everything that is not serving you at this time.
Release any stress,
Any anxiety,
Any negative thinking.
Give yourself permission to be centered,
To be focused,
To be present.
This meditation is designed to help you upgrade your life,
To help you receive the guidance,
The inspiration,
And the spiritual support that you need to thrive.
Everything is in the moment,
Right here,
Right now.
It is now that you can change your future.
It is now that you can change your past.
It is now that you can truly make a difference,
Not tomorrow.
Your power is in the now and so seize this moment,
Set an intention,
Focus on your heart's desire.
We call forth the angelic realm to help us,
To make this path easier,
To make this path abundant.
We invite the angelic realm to help us and we give them full permission today to assist us in this manifestation,
In this transformation,
And in this upgrade.
And I want you now to visualize a beautiful white celestial light shine above you as this beautiful angel appears.
As they stand behind you,
They place both of their hands on your shoulders to make you feel their presence and to welcome you.
An immediate connection,
An immediate uplift of frequency and energy.
And just take a moment to enjoy this connection,
This blessing.
This angel is assigned to you to help you with this exact desire,
With this exact manifestation.
And so taking a moment to feel their energy,
To recognize their presence and how they want to let themselves be known.
Now when we talk about upgrading,
What is it in your life that you are ready to upgrade?
This could be your finances,
Your home,
Your car.
This could be your mindset,
Your health,
Your love life.
It could be anything you want,
But make it something that truly means something to you and that can truly have an impact on your future.
And once you find it,
I want you to say it in your mind.
I wish to upgrade and finish the sentence.
Be clear about that.
Beautiful.
And now the angel places their hand behind your back where your heart is.
From the palm of their hand,
Electricity begins to emerge and a beautiful white healing light enters,
Merges with your spine,
Moving up and down your spine.
And their energy continues to expand,
Moving through every part of your body,
Your bones,
Your muscles,
Your heart,
Your organs,
Until all of you is surrounded and connected to this frequency.
The angel now is asking you to help you release any limiting beliefs around this upgrade.
So,
For instance,
If you are desiring to manifest a beautiful,
Healthy relationship,
Then you need to release any limiting beliefs around that.
Such as that I am unlovable,
That I am not this,
Not that,
Not enough of this,
Not enough of that,
Whatever that story is.
And so surrender it to them.
Be vulnerable,
Be real,
Be honest and be aware and give it to them.
I suggest that you literally say it out loud or in your mind.
It's important to be very specific and clear.
And now I will speak to you through your angel and I want you to receive the messages with an open heart,
Without judgment or resistance,
As best as you can.
Dear one,
You are very limited in what you understand of this world.
There is so much that you do not see.
I am here today to remind you of what you are capable of.
I am here to help you heal and to help you upgrade.
You can achieve this desire.
It is possible.
And the only thing that is standing in the way is you.
All of the so-called obstacles that appear on the outside are simply a reflection of your own beliefs manifesting in reality.
And so today I invite you to allow me to help you release those doubts,
To uplift your frequency and to restore your true nature.

And today we will repair,
Restore and upgrade your system.
To align you with the perfect people,
Places and things.
To help you manifest this desire with flow,
Abundance,
Love and ease.
Today we call upon the healing energies of my realm,
The sacred codes to be channeled to you and through you.
So that you no longer are a slave of this limited world,
Of your mind.
But that you awaken your soul,
Your purity,
Your energy,
Your true essence.
Reconnecting with the infinite being that you are,
Allowing you to have full flow and reminding you of this connection always.
Today you are a magnet for miracles and so it is and so it shall be for the highest and greatest good of all.
You suddenly find yourself surrounded by this divine light as this healing takes place.
I invite you to bathe in it,
To enjoy it and to accept it with open arms.
The light begins to dim down as the angel removes their hand from your back.
As the healing is now complete and you are ready to face this new adventure.
Take a moment of gratitude and look out for signs and synchronicities and messages from your angel.
They will be with you throughout this journey.

Back to your breath.
