Welcome friend to your manifest money meditation.
So today's guided meditation is a manifestation guided meditation.
And I love manifestation meditation.
They absolutely raise the vibe,
They keep you in a positive,
Uplifted mindset.
And for today's meditation,
I want you to just put on the back burner,
Just let go of any assumptions that you have about manifestation.
The idea of manifestation is to really make an ask for something that you desire for something that you want in your life.
You're putting it out to God,
Universe,
Divine being,
Whatever you want to call it,
Making an ask for something you desire,
And you're letting go of the how of how that thing is going to manifest into your life.
So if you're ready,
Find a nice comfortable position,
Sitting up or laying down with a nice tall spine.
And today we will start with a body scan.
So we are scanning the body and releasing any tension and discomfort,
Bringing your awareness to the crown of your head.
Noticing any tension,
Discomfort,
And then on the exhale,
Relaxing and releasing.
Drawing your attention to the space between your eyebrows,
Noticing if the eyes are crinkled up.
And on an exhale,
Release,
Relax.
Bringing your awareness to your jawline.
Noticing if the tongue is pressed to the roof of the mouth.
Noticing any clenching in the jaw.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Relax,
Release.
Moving down to the throat area,
The neck.
Noticing any tension.
Inhale.
And on an exhale,
See if you can relax and release tension.
Moving down to the shoulders,
The collarbone,
Chest.
Just noticing what is coming up for you here.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And then relax the shoulders,
Drawing them away from the ears,
And release any tension from your chest.
Moving down now to the arms.
Feeling the arms grow heavy with every exhale.
Bringing your awareness to your hands,
Your fingers.
Take a deep breath in,
Inhale.
And as you exhale,
Release,
Relax.
And now moving down the torso,
The rib cage,
The stomach and back.
Noticing where you might be holding tension in these areas.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale,
Release any tension you are holding.
Moving down now to the hips,
The glutes,
The thighs,
Tops of the legs,
The back of the legs.
Take a deep breath in.
As you exhale,
Allow everything to grow heavy and relax.
Moving your way down to your feet now.
The ankles,
Tops of the feet,
Bottom of the feet,
The toes.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale,
Release,
Relax.
Now just taking a moment to scan the whole body.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Relax and release tension from the whole body.
Just focusing on the rise and the fall of your belly,
Of the breath as it moves in and out.
And come to stillness and clear your mind.
Whatever stories are coming up for you around money,
With all the love and care you can muster,
Kindly let them go.
Clear the mind by focusing on your breathing.
Now set your attention.
What do you want to ask for?
Is it a certain dollar amount?
Freedom from debt?
Get super,
Super specific on what you want and why you want it.
Now start to raise your personal vibration.
Start to feel your energy,
Your being,
Vibrate higher and higher until your whole body feels like it's electrified and humming.
And now make your ask to the universe.
Say,
Okay universe,
I want blank.
Insert whatever you want here.
Because blank.
And insert why you need it.
Again,
Make your ask.
Say,
Okay universe,
I want.
.
.
Insert whatever you want here.
Because.
.
.
And insert the reason why you desire this thing.
Think about this thing as if you already have it.
How does it feel having this thing?
Do you feel less stress?
Do you feel happy?
Do you feel relieved?
What does having this thing look like and feel like for you?
Get super specific on these positive emotions and this visualization.
And now make your ask one more time.
Say,
Okay universe,
This is what I want and this is why I need it.
And then thank the universe for sending it your way.
Know what you desire is coming to you.
Be patient and trust that the universe will deliver.
Taking as much time as you need here.
And then when it feels right to you,
Completing your meditation.
Blinking open the eyelashes and continuing on with your day.
