I trust the process of birth. I know I can do this naturally or in the most empowering way for me. I was made for this. My baby is healthy and well. I can't wait to meet my beautiful baby. My body is a vessel for the divine. My body is a miracle. My body is the safest place I built to birth. I trust, Let go, Release and open. My body knows exactly. I grew this baby and now I get to birth this baby. I was made for this. Birth comes easily and naturally to me. I have full faith in my body to bring this baby earth side. My baby and I are a dream team. Everything is happening for me and my baby and our highest good. I am safe. My baby is safe. I am divinely loved, Guided and protected. Birth is a euphoric, Beautiful, Blissful experience. Thousands of my ancestors have birthed before me and now they guide me. In the stillness, I find my strength. My only job is to breathe, Relax and work with my body. I am happy with every surge because every surge brings me closer and closer to meeting my beautiful baby. With each surge, I am transforming into a mother. I am a vessel for my baby. I surrender for she is in charge. I work with my body and surrender to each surge. When I do, Labor is marvelously efficient. Labor sensations are a positive part of my birth experience. My surges indicate how to best birth my baby. I find the right positions that feel best for me and my baby. My body is wise and knows how to birth my baby. I have the capacity and strength to do anything. I bring my baby into this world full of love, Strength and courage. I am a goddess and motherhood comes naturally to me. I am meant for this. I love being a mother. I am more capable than I realize. I am powerful and sovereign over all my fears and doubts. I face the unknown with the courage of the billions of women who have birthed before me and will birth after me. Today, I find more inner strength that's always been within me. I continue on my path into the unknown with a smile on my lips and chin to the stars. I trust the process of birth.
