Ong Namo/Gobinday Mukanday
by Megan Hook
This mantra is about bowing to the divine teacher, both inside of you and outside of you - honoring the wisdom that is flowing within you and all around you. This mantra comes from Kundalini Yoga and the Sikh tradition. I mashed it up with another favorite Kundalini/Sikh mantra, Gobinday Mukanday. This mantra names the eight facets of the divine: sustainer, liberator, enlightener, infinite, destroyer, creator, nameless, desireless. Sat nam!
