Find a comfortable position.

Bring your attention to your body and feel your breath.

Imagine your breath flowing in and out through your right nostril.

Imagine your breath flowing in and out through your left nostril.

Now let your breath flow through both nostrils evenly.

Feel your left leg and relax your whole left leg.

Feel your right leg and relax your whole right leg.

Feel your left arm and relax your left arm.

Feel your right arm and relax your right arm.

And feel your forehead.

Feel your Ajna chakra and relax your Ajna chakra.

Now relax the energetic centre line of your body.

Feel your pelvis and relax your pelvis.

Feel your navel and relax your navel.

Feel the middle of your chest and soften.

Feel your throat and relax your throat.

Feel the tip of your nose and relax the tip of your nose.
