Namaste,

Vanakam,

Divine Beings.

I am Nandiji.

The Four Noble Wisdom of Buddha.

Consciousness Blessings of Being.

The First of the Truth of Suffering,

Dukkha.

The Truth of the Cause of Suffering,

Samudhya.

The Truth of the End of Suffering,

Nirodha.

The Truth of the Path that sets us free from suffering,

Magha.

As the spirit free of cause of suffering and suffering,

And being free from suffering,

We now have all of ourselves to ourselves.

What now?

After awakening to being the spirit,

Having the human experience,

Now we are journeying beyond enlightenment,

Expanding our consciousness.

So,

What is the process and what is it in being?

The first is to alight our innermost lamp.

As we alight our innermost lamp,

Lit with the mantra of fires,

We invoke the divine to be our embryo within.

The next,

Utilize the inner going mind of depression,

Trauma,

Anxiety,

Emotions.

Go within.

It is very natural for us to feel depression.

This is the suffering that made Siddhartha the Buddha.

So,

Know at any given time,

Whatever the circumstances,

When our mind is feeling heavy,

Go within.

When our mind is full and complete,

Be in gratefulness,

Gratitude.

The third,

Be the oneness to transcend beyond the body and mind,

Aligned to the five elements.

In other words,

When we know we are spirit,

Om Namah Shivaya,

Feel the five elements that we are holding to experience.

The five elements are earth as the body,

Water as thought and fluidity of relationships,

Fire,

The experience within us that also gives us the thoughts,

Air as our breath and breath beyond breath,

And Akash is the vast infinite being we are.

When we connect our spirit to the five elements,

Now we are aligning ourselves to being source as form.

The fourth is realize the highest purpose of our life,

Our existence and meaningfulness.

Why are we here?

As in being in the states of joy,

We also know we are here for a higher purpose.

Receive the gift of knowing,

Which is be inspired.

Inspiration of each moment is the supreme blessings that awakens all our genius.

The sixth,

Complete ourselves and all around ourselves as Bodhidharma.

Understand ourselves as the being of Dharma.

We are here for a purpose.

We are here to set the light ourselves and all around us as in simply being.

The seventh,

Dissolve and realign all realities from within,

Whatever might be the experiences in the external realities of what we face as experience.

Let all of what we experience externally begin from within and light our lamp and from within our lamp,

Condense all of realities and whirl it with the primordial harmony and tranquility within ourselves.

So the realities are heavens.

Eighth,

Evolve,

Transform and transcend.

In the path of light we constantly evolve.

We evolve the animal to the human,

To the angelic.

Transform,

Transcend and now know ourselves as beings of wisdom.

The ninth,

Be the vibrant light of grace constantly uplifting ourselves and humanity.

In our vibrancies we gently,

Swirling lift humanity and lift all the realities just by being.

The tenth and the last,

Complete karmic circles and cycles of the liberated on all levels of experience and destiny.

When eating a fruit,

Experience straight the absolute joy.

Doing any action,

Experience it to the fullest.

Possibilities of joy,

Complete all the karmic cycles,

Transforming fate to destiny.

Being the spirit,

Having the wisdom,

Knowing karma,

Being dharma,

We fulfill our karmic purpose,

Enacting and completing a life purpose,

Inspired and being the light for ourselves and for all of humanity and for all of the living and for planet earth as one.

Om Namah Shivaya.

Buddha Saranam Gaja Me.
