In this moment,
I invite you to connect into your heart and to close your eyes if it feels good.
I invite you to breathe into the very center of your being.
As you breathe in,
Connect into the energy of love,
Peace and deep appreciation.
We are connecting into this moment and in this moment nothing is expected of you except to relax into this meditation and to allow my voice to guide you into deep gratitude.
I invite you to connect into gratitude for your body,
For the perceived negative and the perceived positive traits and feelings that you hold about your body.
I invite you to pour in the energy of love and to settle in to gratitude for the fullness and wholeness of your body.
I invite you to connect in to gratitude for your past,
For everything that has led you to this moment.
Gratitude for the challenges,
The traumas,
Gratitude for the lessons,
The gifts.
As you settle into the truth that everything is as it should be and that you are loved and supported.
I invite you to connect in to gratitude for you,
For your magic,
For your gifts,
Whether you are utilizing them to your fullest or not.
We are feeling deeply grateful for everything that makes us who we are.
The energy of love holds no judgments and so I invite you to receive this energy of love as you feel deep gratitude for the truth of who you are.
A powerful divine being of light and love.
I encourage you to come back and listen to this meditation whenever your heart is hurting or you have lost sight of the magic of who you are.
I now invite you to come back into the place and space where you are,
To come back into your beautiful body.
You may choose to wriggle your fingers and your toes and when it feels good,
Open your eyes and welcome back.
