How To Align To Your Soul's Mission & Live In Integrity

So hello to everyone here.

We are talking today about aligning to your soul's mission.

Today we're going to explore how to align your daily actions in your life and your business to your soul's mission,

Right?

Because what I see quite often with a lot of people who talk about soul's missions or talk about soul's purpose is that it remains as a very intangible thing that they're not seeing embodied in their life and business.

Now today what I want to do for you is to really show you ways of which you can start to live your soul's mission right now.

You could start to see it in daily action in your business and life so it starts to feel less of a thing that you're reaching for and more of a thing that you're actually living now which will then create more magnetism in your business and more fulfillment in your life.

So first things first for today,

Let me know what is your soul's mission?

Why are you here?

Why are you here on this earth doing what you do?

So your soul's mission or your soul's purpose?

If you can hop into the comments,

If you can't maybe you're going to journal what this is for yourself.

So what is your soul's mission?

What is your soul's purpose?

Why are you here doing what you do?

What is the big impact that you want to make in the world?

Simply I am a healer.

Yes but why Michelle?

What else?

Why are you a healer?

Why are you healing people?

What do you do?

Why do you do what you do?

So when I talk to my clients about their soul's mission or their soul's purpose,

I'm going what is the huge impact that you want to see happen in the world?

Why is it that you do what you do?

So let me give you an example of my mission.

My mission here on this earth,

I believe,

Is to create more peace and harmony in the world.

So you can see that my mission is really big and kind of lofty.

It's not very tangible.

It's like I'm going to create peace and harmony in the world.

And how I do that through my business is if I help you create your business well,

Because I know that each and every one of you are leaders,

Change makers,

Healers,

Transformation makers,

And you're here to make the world a better place.

If I help you create your business even better,

Then I know that we together can create more peace and harmony in the world because the end point of all of your work ends up being more peace and harmony,

Right?

If you help people on an individual basis,

You help them to love themselves more,

To accept themselves more,

What happens?

They become more peaceful.

What happens to their relationships?

They become more peaceful,

Right?

The ripple effect from inner work outer.

So I really want you to think about what is it that I do and why is it that I do it,

Yeah?

What is the big,

Huge,

Global impact that I have,

Okay?

So we,

When we think about soul's mission or soul's purpose,

It is big.

It is big.

And if it's not big for you yet,

It gets to be bigger,

Right?

And we're going to get to the point of why it is big,

Okay?

And why you should be striving for something that is bigger than you,

Okay?

So we're going to get to that in the rest of this live,

But for now,

Just know it needs to be big.

And when I mean big,

It's bigger than your family.

So sometimes people have a mission.

They're like,

Oh,

I'm on a mission to like create more financial freedom for my family.

I'm like,

Great.

And what else?

Okay.

So it's bigger than your family.

It's bigger than your immediate impact.

It's bigger than your personal fulfillment or the personal impact that you will get from creating a really successful business,

Okay?

It's bigger than that.

It's bigger than even the people that you are helping.

I am talking global.

I am talking,

What is the huge ripple effect that you have with your work?

That is one indicator of why you are here,

Your soul's mission,

Okay?

So we're not going to go too much into soul's mission because there are plenty of people who can help you with knowing your soul's mission.

I'm assuming that each and every one of you already know it.

Maybe it's been small before and maybe you're just going to expand it a bit more,

Okay?

We're going to really look about how to align to it.

So for those of you who know what your soul's mission is,

Why you are here,

Your soul's purpose,

It is really important for you to start to live this in your daily life and in your business actions,

Because this is the root of integrity.

When you know that you're on a soul's mission,

When you know that you have a soul's purpose and you don't live up to that soul's mission or purpose every single day in every action that you do,

You know that you're out of alignment and you know that you're out of integrity.

Now what does this do in a business sense?

In a business sense,

You can feel that an out of integrity or out of alignment starts to undermine what it is that you're trying to do for the world.

It starts to undermine any of your business messaging,

It starts to undermine your communication that you have with your clients or your audience,

Because you're not in integrity.

And so energetically you have a little kink in your wave,

So in that kink your magnetism becomes less,

Your ability to attract the soul clients that need the work that you're here to do becomes less.

Does this make sense?

Yes,

I'm sure it's making sense because you're giving me hearts here.

So it is important for us,

For those of us who are aware that we're on a soul's mission,

We're aware of our purpose on this earth,

That we start to really think about the daily actions that we have in our life and in our business to be in alignment to our soul's mission.

Because we want to be in integrity,

Because I know I know this is what you want,

I know this is what you want.

We need to be in integrity not only for ourselves,

Because this is part of our spiritual personal development,

Is building even more solid integrity,

Even more consistent integrity in ourselves.

And it is important for our business,

Because energetically when we're not in integrity,

We're effectively heading into the zone of,

We start to head into the zone of like imposter syndrome,

Right?

We start to head into the zone of that,

Because if we're not in integrity,

We're not really living up to what we say that we'd want to do.

So can you see how all of these factors need to come into play?

So how exactly do we do that?

Yeah,

Now that we've talked about what your soul's mission is,

Your soul's purpose,

And it has to be really big,

Okay?

Global,

Global,

Go big.

And now that you know how important it is for you to be able to live it in both your business and your work,

In terms of being in integrity and therefore being a magnetic and attractive person to your soul clients,

And also deep fulfillment and satisfaction and integrity in yourself,

Yeah?

A sense of like,

Okay,

Yeah,

I'm really doing what it is that I'm here to do.

How do we actually do that?

It's really,

Really simple.

And you're going to laugh at how simple it is.

You'll be like,

Well,

Of course.

But the work here gets to be,

Well,

Are you doing it,

Right?

Michelle,

Yes,

I struggle to actually do it,

Yeah.

So what is your mission?

Recall what your mission is.

As I said before,

My mission is here to create more peace and harmony in the world.

I do that through my business by helping you,

Healers,

Leaders,

Transformation makers,

Change makers,

To create even more impact in your business,

Because I know that your businesses help to bring people into ultimately more self-awareness,

More self-love,

More of that,

That brings them more peace and harmony,

That then has ripple effects with their relationships,

Right?

So that is how my mission helps,

How my business helps my mission be fulfilled,

Yeah.

So recall your personal mission.

What is it?

What is your soul's mission?

And then you get to ask this really simple question to come into alignment with it is,

Does this action support my mission?

Is this action in alignment with my mission?

Is this action in integrity with my mission?

Yeah,

Really simple.

So for example,

Let's take it into a business context.

Maybe you're doing a marketing strategy of some sort,

And your strategy,

My strategy,

Is peace and harmony,

Right?

And I'm with you,

Michelle,

I struggle to do this all the time,

Because we're not perfect,

Right?

We're human beings,

We're going to make mistakes.

But for example,

Say we do a marketing strategy,

We've learned this way of selling,

And it's like that,

I'm sure everyone's come across the selling method,

Where it's time sensitive,

And there's these pressure points,

And things like that.

Now I get to ask the question when I do marketing like this,

Which I have done,

Which I'm moving away from,

Is does this create more peace and harmony in the world?

Does this particular strategy create more peace and harmony in the world?

Now what I know is that it doesn't.

It creates more fear,

It creates more time scarcity,

This idea of time scarcity,

It creates more disharmony with people.

So the way that I would rectify this,

Is choosing a different strategy,

A different way of marketing,

Where I'm going to build long-term relationships with people,

So that they don't feel like they have to hop on,

On like a special that's only going to last,

You know,

For a limited time only.

Now as I said before,

I am not perfect at this.

I still use gates,

I still use ways of which people can only access at certain points,

Mainly for my organization,

Right,

My ability to organize my business.

And I have in the past used tactics which were full of scarcity,

Right,

Scarcity tactics.

However,

It is now feeling less and less aligned to me to do that,

Because my personal,

My soul's mission is peace and harmony.

And so now I get to review with this lens,

Does every single action that I do in my business and in my life allow more peace and harmony in the world?

Yeah,

So you get to ask yourself right now,

Considering your soul's mission and your soul's purpose in the world,

Do your business actions align with that?

Now I just gave you the example of marketing,

Like marketing strategies,

Yeah,

But you can also look at even the way that you're setting up your business.

Is your business model,

Is this allowing more peace and harmony in your life?

Because remember,

Everything that you're experiencing is reflected outwards.

So your business model also needs to reflect,

Does your business allow for you to be in your soul's purpose,

Right?

So I know personally for my business,

I do not work 40 hours a week at all.

I work maybe 20.

Okay,

Why?

Because the extra time allows me to be in more peace and harmony.

I get time to cultivate that in my free time,

Not being online.

So you get to look at your marketing,

Your business model,

Your other business strategies,

Your content,

All of these things,

Right?

You can even look at the way that you are relating with your team.

So if you have a VA,

A copywriter,

A business manager,

Are you being the person who creates your soul's mission in those relationships as well?

Any questions so far?

I see lots of hearts,

So this is making sense to you.

I'm so glad.

So equally,

When we look at our soul's mission,

We recall to mind what our soul's mission is,

What our soul's purpose is,

And we ask the simple question,

Is this in alignment to it?

Does this support my soul's mission?

We can do this in our life.

Yeah,

So every interaction that you have,

Every action that you take,

Does this support my soul's mission?

Am I living my soul's mission?

That's actually a better question.

Am I living my soul's mission?

And if you're not,

That's okay.

You're now aware of that.

So I never preach perfectionism because we are human,

Right?

And I am very ready to admit my mistakes of not having lived peacefully and harmoniously in my life at all,

Which is probably why it's my soul's mission,

Because sometimes our mission is the hardest thing that we get to do in the world.

So I am not perfect,

And I am with you.

If you're putting up your hand and you're like,

I'm not perfect either,

I got you.

Yeah,

You're a very,

Very good company.

So don't beat yourself up if you've not been perfect with your soul's mission.

Don't beat yourself up when you find that you've been out of integrity.

Sometimes it's conscious,

Sometimes it's unconscious,

Right?

Sometimes we are at the brink of wanting to change an action that we're about to do,

And we do it anyway because we're in habit,

Okay?

And this might break your soul's mission.

It might not be in alignment.

It's okay.

The whole point of anything that we do for spiritual or personal development,

Even professional development,

Is all about becoming aware of what it is that you are doing so that then you can change it,

Okay?

So we're not going to be perfect straight away.

I'm not expecting you to suddenly ask yourself this,

Am I in line with my soul's mission,

And then being able to change your actions all the time,

Because you are a creature of habit as I am a creature of habit,

Because we are human.

We also have reactions that come out,

Yeah?

And I say reactions instead of responses.

So maybe some of these relationships that you have either in business or habits that you have in your business or your life are not in support of your soul's mission.

But the thing is now that you know that this is how you live in alignment with it,

Yeah?

And this is then how you become in more integrity in your life and business.

Now that you know this piece of information,

You can start to become more aware of the places that have room for improvement,

Yeah?

So please don't beat yourself up if you go through a business audit or you go through a life audit and you're like,

Oh my gosh,

I'm so out of integrity,

Oh no!

Just don't,

Don't do that,

Right?

Because guaranteed even that beating up,

That process of like giving yourself the stick is probably not in alignment to your soul's mission,

Am I right?

Isn't that funny?

Like even,

Even like on a personal level it's not actually funny,

It's so,

Of course,

Of course,

On a personal level your soul's mission gets to be created too.

So it wouldn't be in alignment to my soul's mission of peace and harmony if I was to beat myself up about all of the mistakes that I've made in the past,

Yeah?

Equally it wouldn't be,

I don't think it would be in your alignment of your soul's mission to do that to yourself.

Okay,

Does this match my soul's mission?

Recall what your soul's mission is and then ask,

Is this action really supporting that?

Now the next step that I encourage my people to do,

And I'm just going to give these to you quickly because I realize the time,

And I like to keep this under 30-40 minutes,

Sometimes I do an hour,

So I'm trying to be more,

More in integrity with my boundaries of time.

So the next step that you can take with your soul's mission to allow it to even catapult you to better,

More,

Not better,

More impact,

Yeah,

Which I know is part of your mission is to make more global impact,

Changing more lives,

Is that you can start to use it to really catapult your decision making.

How do you do that?

When you have a decision to make,

Should I invest in this coach or should I not invest in this coach,

For example,

It's looking a bit expensive to go there,

Even though I know that person could really help me create what I need to create,

Or I might just go with this other one because it's kind of cheaper and it's within my budget.

So I've actually done this and it's worked amazing,

Which is why I'm giving you this example.

Here you have two decisions and you can use your soul's mission as a way to make decision making more powerful.

So you start to go,

Which one of these choices would help me to create my soul's mission?

Which one of these would be the most aligned to my,

To the creation or fulfillment of my soul's mission?

Yeah,

And then choose that one.

So when we start to make choices based on our soul's mission or the fulfillment of our soul's mission,

Now I kind of will fix my words with that.

I want to say that every moment of your life you can fulfill your soul's mission.

As we're saying,

Every single action can be a fulfillment of your soul's mission,

Right?

But usually associated with your soul's mission is some kind of impact or some kind of bigness to what it is that you want to do.

Yeah,

So we're talking about that kind of part of your soul's mission.

So when you're starting to make a decision,

For example,

Who to work with,

And maybe you're weighing up your options,

You can ask the question,

Which one of these options would get me closer to fulfillment of my big soul's mission or my vision?

The vision of my mission should be more accurate.

Yeah,

And this will really start to leap you into bigger and bigger growth more rapidly.

Why?

Because you are making decisions from your soul,

Not from your ego,

Who goes,

Oh,

I don't know,

I'm not sure if I can afford that,

Or if I can make the time,

Or blah,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah,

Or any of the stories.

When you make a decision from your soul,

You figure out a way.

This is when your ego starts to come on board.

This is,

Sorry,

This is when you allow your ego to come on board with your soul and start to work for your soul's mission.

So when you make a decision from your soul,

Which might seem really scary and illogical to your ego,

This is when your ego gets the opportunity to go,

Okay,

How can I support you and help this happen?

Help to support you to make this happen.

Yeah,

We've gone kind of slightly on a tangent here,

But I wanted to give you that last piece,

Because I also,

Not only do I want to see you live in alignment and in integrity with your mission,

Which will absolutely help you to grow your business,

Because the more that you do that,

The more magnetizing and attractive that you are,

And the more confident that you can be showing up in any of your spaces,

Because you are in integrity.

You're not faking it,

Right,

You are living it.

So you get to be more powerful in your spaces.

So that will absolutely help you grow your business already.

But I did want to give you that extra bonus,

Which is,

If you want to expand more rapidly,

Start to make decisions based on your soul's mission.

Go big,

Yeah,

Because your mission is not small,

Your mission is big.

So choose decisions that allow you to go big faster,

Right,

And then what happens is your ego is forced to support,

To come into the supportive role,

Which is where it should be.

Your ego's role is to support the soul,

Not to lead.

Your ego is forced to support your soul and figure out how you can do this,

Because everything is possible.

Your soul knows this.

This is why your soul has given you this mission and purpose.

That is huge.

That is not small.

This is why you are here.

We extend our energetic field outwards,

Just slightly,

Maybe 30 centimeters away from the skin and the surface of your body,

And maybe now 50 centimeters.

And in the next breath,

Maybe a meter outwards.

And I want you to extend your energetic field that is peaceful and calm as far as is possible for you today,

At this moment.

And when you reach that edge,

Just take a moment to breathe in this space.

Now I want you to turn your attention upwards,

Skywards,

From the crown of your head.

You can follow a thread that goes up through the sky,

All the way up through the universe to your soul star.

And here is the transmission of your purpose coming down through the sky,

Through the stars,

All the way to be embodied in you.

It comes down through this thread into your body,

And we take a few deep breaths to embody your soul's mission,

Your soul's purpose,

Into the fiber of your being.

You are the embodiment of your soul's mission.

I am the embodiment of my soul's mission.

Every action that I take reflects my soul's mission.

Every action that I take fulfills my soul's mission.

Everything that I do expands my soul's mission.

I am the embodiment of my soul's mission.

I want to have you see from your heart a pathway leading outwards,

And we're going to take a few steps out on this pathway,

Walking out from,

You're leading from your heart,

Walking out on this pathway,

Taking steps,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And gently coming back together here,

Opening your eyes.
