Characteristics Of Vata Predominant Individual

This lecture explains some of the vitalcharrecterastic of a Vata pridominant individual. As per Ayurveda there are three types of individuals that could be found. This division is based on mental constitution and body types, based on which food requirements are decided. Vata is one of those three types of individuals.
