I found this as a suggestion since I enjoy binaural meditation. I turned on my Aurora borealis projector and started the meditation. It meshed perfectly with the visual of the moon and stars with the glowing colors of the Aurora. I meditated the morning; I will try it next at night.

It makes you feel at ease and you quiets the the body.
