Hi this is Pam with Simplicity Life Coaching.

Today I'm going to share with you some first baby steps on understanding why we need to feel like we have to accumulate and buy more things.

This is all an attempt to make us feel better and it is really just a temporary fix to fill a void within us.

Today I will share with you my thoughts and experiences on how to start a flowing free environment.

What you need to understand is too many things around us does take up our energy.

Believe it or not stuff takes away from your positive energy.

Here are three main rooms in your home of most importance.

Number one is your bedroom.

It's where you begin and end your day.

It's the one room that should be a clean and clutter-free sanctuary.

Your sanctuary.

Number two is your kitchen.

It is where you prepare your life substance,

Your healthy and fun meals.

This room should be sanitary at all times.

Number three is your living entertainment room.

This is where you have family and social fun and relaxation.

It should reflect your special moments and achievements.

So take each room at a time.

Start with your bedroom and just make a clean and clear design in your mind.

Write it down on paper to really make a new space.

This is where your work comes in and really deciding on what you need to clear out and what you feel you want to keep.

Your bedroom should reflect very little.

Less is really more.

So remembering this when you go to do each room is the first step.

On my next talk I will give you some fun feng shui tips and kind of help you with ideas on design.

Have a fun and free flowing day.

Thank you.
