I received many initiations and ritual authorizations to chant and recite this powerful mantra mantra within the Tibetan Buddhism Tradition. You can chant or recite: 'Tadyata Om Bekhadse Bekhadse Maha Bekhadse Radsa Samung Gate Soha' while visualizing a radiant blue Lapis Lazuli light emanating from the Medicine Buddha relieving suffering and pain while purifying the underlying karmic causes of disease.
