Welcome. Take a slow deep breath in. And gently breathe out. Allow your shoulders to relax. Soften your jaw. And simply arrive in this moment. We are tapping on the belief. I need to be perfect. Before I can charge for what I offer. You have thought. I need to learn a little more. I need more experience. I need to become better at this. What if someone pays me? And I can't give them enough. And underneath all of this. Maybe the belief that you need to reach some perfect version of yourself. Before you are allowed to receive money for your work. We will gently release this pressure. Not so that you stop learning or growing. But so that you no longer make perfection a requirement for receiving. Take another deep breath. And let's begin tapping. Tap on the Karate Chop and repeat after me. Even though A part of me believes I need to be perfect. Before I charge. I deeply and completely appreciate it. Except myself. Even though I'm afraid. I may not be good enough yet. To charge for what I offer. I chose to honor Hawaii feels. One more time. Even though I've been waiting to feel. Complete series editing. Before allowing myself to receive money. I am open to believing. That I can be valuable. Without being perfect. Take a slow breath. I Bluepoint. I need to be better before I charge. At a time. I need to know more. Under the eye. I need more experience. Under the nose. I need to feel completely confident. Chain point. But if someone pays me. . . And expect more. I'll call that one. What if I don't know the answer? Under the arm. But if I'm not good enough yet. Top of the head. I should wait until I am better. Take a deep breath. Notice what comes up for you. Eyebrow point. Perfection has been making me feel safe. Saddle die. If I have perfect No one can question my value. And die. If I'm perfect. No one can be disappointed. Under the nose. If I'm perfect, Maybe I will finally feel confident charging. Pin point. So I keep trying to become better. Color bone. And the finished line keeps moving. Under the arm. There's always something else I could learn. Top of the head. There's always another reason to wait. Take a slow breath. And acknowledge. How exhausting that can feel. I broke all it. But if perfection is not what people are paying for. Side of the eye. Maybe. They are paying for the value I can offer them today. Under the eye. I don't need to know everything to help someone. Under the nose. I only need two honest offers. But I know. Chain point. I can have limitations. And still be valuable. Collarbone, I can still be learning. And still be valuable. I need that arm. I can still be growing. And still charge for my books. To put the head. My value does not require perfection. Take a deep breath. Let that possibility settle in. My value does not require perfection. At no point. I give myself permission to charge for the value I provide. Side of the eye, Even while I'm still growing. Under the eye, Even while I'm still learning. Under the nose. Even when I don't know everything. Chain point. I can charge with honesty and integrity. Polar bowl I can be clear about what I can offer. Under the arm. And I can receive money for that value. To pose the head. I don't have to become perfect. Before I am allowed to receive. Take another slow breath. I will point. I am allowed to be paid. For what I know today. Settle down. I trust the value of my experience. Under the eye. I test the value of my skills under the nose. I test the value of the support I provide. Twin point. I don't need perfection to justify my price. Or lemon. I can continue improving. Without withholding money from myself. Under the arm. Growth and receiving can happen together. To put the head. I'm ready to let my work be valuable to you. Without being perfect. Take a deep breath in. And slowly breathe out. Imagine. Someone coming to you. Because they need exactly the kind of support. You can do it. They are not looking for a perfect human being. They are looking for someone. Who can help them. Take their next step. Imagine yourself serving this person. You don't know everything. You don't have every answer. You help them. Something becomes easier for them. Because of your work. Some pictures. Something moves forward. Imagining them. Happily paying you. Notice what happens in your body. If any discomfort appears. Simply breathe into it. And remind yourself. They are not paying me for the perfection. They are paying me for the value they received. Allow yourself to receive that payment. No apology. No gate? No need to prove anything extra. Just a fair exchange of value. Take a few slow breaths. And repeat slowly. I don't need to be perfect. Before I judge. I don't need to know everything to be valuable. I can be learning and earning at the same time. I can be growing and receiving at the same time. My imperfections do not cancel my value. I test what I already know. I honor the skills and experience I already have. I allow myself to charge for the value I provide. It is safe for me to receive money for my work. I am allowed to be well paid. Without being perfect. Take one final deep breath in. And gently breathe out. As you finish this meditation. Remember. You don't have to reach some imaginary version of perfection. Before your work becomes valuable. You can grow. You can learn. You can improve. And you can receive along the way. When you are ready. Gently open your eyes. And carry this belief with you. I don't need to be perfect to be valuable. And I don't need to be perfect. Before I charge.
